I placed an online order for one chicken Alfredo pizza and one buffalo chicken pizza with ranch and when my husband got home with the food we realized we got two Alfredo. I called to let them know and asked if I could get our other pizza and they kind of mumbled something and then hung up. I assumed they were going to make it for me since this was their mistake. I got there and the kid at the counter told me they would not make me my pizza. I showed them the app on my phone where I know I ordered the correct thing and they kept telling me that they could not make it and would not give me a reason. When I asked why he just shrugged his shoulders and said they just can’t make it. I had to basically argue (which I don’t like doing) into them giving me my other pizza. I actually apologized to the kid for how I handled the situation (I was frustrated, but not rude) And asked what I could do next time to prevent this from happening and the kid and the manager both just shrugged their shoulders and walked away, unbelievably rude and inconsiderate.

I ordered a N.Y. style pizza and a salad online. First, they just handed me the pizza without the salad and gave me a look weirdness when I stood there waiting. No aplogies or any words spoken after I had to wait five more minutes for him to go get the salad. He put 4 packets of dressing on the counter. I gave him two back, once again that look. I only needed one packet because the salad was so small. The Pizza was awful and greasy, and I could barely even see any mushrooms or green pepper. Could not eat it. Not going back.
