The two guys working the front just did not care that they had customers, especially the one that rung me up. No smile, just a dead stare like you were ruining his day while the female in the back was working her tail off. Then he forgets that the drink he had was mine and barely places it on the counter for me to get. Made the place feel unwelcoming. Don't worry about making an effort to serve me in the future, I will gladly not come back. Cheers.

I ordered via the Dunkin App 2 boxes of Joe for a dessert party to save time. After an hour of running errands for the party I stopped in and both of the employees were sitting in the lobby on their phones and did not greet me or ask if they could help me. I asked where my order was and they proceeded to tell me they were never trained on how to prepare and make the order of 2 box of Joes. I literally had to grab a box of Joe on display and tell them to get the 2 boxes. The even more ludicrous part was that Dunkin has picture instructions on how to assemble the boxes. No one runs on Dunkin if this is who is running the store on Saturday in Vidalia GA!
Worst location so far. They close at 7 and it feels like it's not fully staffed. Strange environment.

me and my friend meet here twice a week often to do school work, and it’s a great experience for us every time ! We’ve come very familiar with the great staff they have! It’s rare to have a positive staff nowadays compared to most food places, but the people here make you feel like family! i would like to specifically acknowledge one of the sweet workers, Angel! Her name itself speaks truth, she always greets us, just about knows our order by heart, and always has a smile on her face doing it. I genuinely appreciate all the effort she puts in with every visit we have, as a customer it means the absolute world. Now i’m not sure about the pay there, but i genuinely hope these precious people get paid what they deserve, and if not they need a RAISE!!! not only does the food keep me coming back, but so does the staff. thank you all for all you do! i hope your boss recognizes and appreciates all you do as well.
I absolutely love Angel, she is so very kind and welcoming every-time I come by for my biweekly study sesh. Her attitude and personality brightens my day so much when I get to see her. She deserves a raise!!
