Horrible customer service, they were arguing amongst themselves and gave us attitude. Wife and I told them nitro cold brew over 4 times, they poured the regular cold brew and told us that they didn't do the nitro. I've been to this location before and know they do the nitro. If they stopped offering it at this location, they should've told us before we paid and offered something else. Would rather go to Bill's donuts down the street from now on, way better service and their donuts are a lot better too.

Came in ( first time there) and got a dozen maple donuts, not bars, round donuts! Service was terrible, donuts were terrible and for $13.99, NEVER AGAIN! Total waste of money.

Typical Dunkin Donuts. If you're a fan of Dunkin then you know. The donuts are always top-notch the coffee and other items like sandwiches and specials are always great. My Dunkin is almost always on point. The only time I would say to avoid going here is Sunday after 10a.m. unless they have changed there truck delivery schedule they are pretty much out of alot of there essential by Sunday late morning sometimes Saturday afternoon.

With 3 employees in the store, there is no reason a mobile order consisting of only 1 drink (made the way it’s listed by the way) should take almost 15 minutes to get. Nobody came to the window when I pulled up, so I just sat there and waited. No apology for the wait. Just a ‘Here you go!’ and closed the window. Then the drink was AWFUL! Gave it away and ended up going to Starbucks!

The employees find it difficult to hear your order or to give you what you paid for and that’s if their truck made delivery there. Unfortunately, it’s the only Dunkin in Vidalia. I have issues with my food and drinks every time I visit this location. It sucks!
Just had the best experience there, they are so helpful and kind. Kim was great and I didn't catch the young man's name but great customer service experience, overall. Makes me want to go everyday! Take my money dunkins. Food was fresh coffee was amazing. This was 11am assuming first shift.

The two guys working the front just did not care that they had customers, especially the one that rung me up. No smile, just a dead stare like you were ruining his day while the female in the back was working her tail off. Then he forgets that the drink he had was mine and barely places it on the counter for me to get. Made the place feel unwelcoming. Don't worry about making an effort to serve me in the future, I will gladly not come back. Cheers.
