Food was hot. One sandwich seemed very light on meat. The other was on wheat bread when it was ordered as white - however the young man eating it didn't seem to notice so nothing was said.
Restaurant isn't filthy but isn't clean clean. Noticed a pool of tea under the straws and lids containers. Cleaned in front but not under.

I went in to place it to go order could not get any chips Harley any on the racks the interior of the dining room was pretty dirty. Employees were wearing all kind of street. Looking clothes and stuff not firehouse shirts a lady come from a local law firm to order a platter and was refused so she turned and walked out and said OK thank you and walked out, so the employees behind the counter started running her mouth real loud in front of customers and all sitting in there just putting the lady down very disappointed

Waited in line for 30 minutes, was the only person in line, I only ordered one sandwich. Employees rushed taking my order, then completely got my order wrong. I went inside to get it fixed and was greeted with employees cussing very loudly. They just scraped the initial sandwich contents off the bread and “remade” it leaving my sandwich covered in mayo and soggy (I did not want mayo nor did I order it). Got my “remade” sandwich back soggy, sloppy, and inedible I had to just let my dog eat it. Very disappointed with the service. food was fresh though glad my dog got a good snack.

It may be me and nobody else, but my opinion is the pastrami is cut to thick making it hard to bite easily, makes for a messy job trying to eat the sandwich, I had a very hard and messy time eating at a place I rather like to eat at. But then again, my opinion is my opinion.

Came here with my partners and their child. Partner ordered a sub only to be told minutes after they finished purchasing our order that the sub was unavailable due to being out of ingredients. Then it took some time for one gentleman who seemed to present himself as the closing manager, couldn’t even do the refund and my partner was barely able to get a refund to their card. During the entire time we were eating, the same gentleman began belittling one coworker, who was a male teen, to the point that the teen was visibly drooping and clocked out in a hurry. The man continued ranting to another coworker, a young female, complaining on and on about the teen and others who were presumably not present. At one point I glanced up during the beginning of the man belittling the teen, I looked up when the man raised his voice at which point the man smiled and appeared to be enjoying the fact that he had an audience. While the food was decent, none of us enjoyed the “show” the man put on as it was blatant unprofessionalism and disrespect towards both customers and employees. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this establishment anytime soon.

I love Firehouse sub sandwiches. Until today. I went inside and ordered one sandwich, and sat down to wait. And I waited. And I waited some more. People who came in long after me were getting their orders. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I went to the counter and asked when I might get my sandwich. The two men just had blank expressions on their faces. I showed them my receipt, and they still looked blank. They asked what I ordered and they threw something together, and I finally left. Again, I have always loved Firehouse sandwiches, but this one was the worst one I’ve ever had. Minimal fixings and dry. When I placed my order I added a tip,, but I wish I hadn’t. I’ll go somewhere else next time.

The food is always fresh and taste really good, the only problem is literally every time I go my sub isn’t fixed correctly. Other than that, great place!

Everything was good from the food to the drinks to the atmosphere. But it is much too expensive. $30 for 2 medium sandwiches, 2 tiny bags of chips and 2 small beverages? STOP. I commend their giving back to first responders. However, that still doesn't excuse such a price tag. And why does the register automatically ask you to apply a tip??? There is NO table service what-so-EVER... nonsense! It would be the same as tipping the cashier at McDonald's for taking your order. Not going back.
