Placed an order through the drive thru, was told it would be a few minutes for the chicken was asked to pull over and they would bring it out. Waited for a while and finally went in. There was not a person in the store, one employee was sitting down at a table on the phone. The other employee was standing in the back on her phone. I was asked if I wanted to order. I said no I think I was forgotten I've been waiting outside for my order. Needless to they started packing up my "whole" order and said the chicken just came up. (13 mins later) Not happy with service.

Ordered half original and half grilled didn't get any grilled, and the biscuits were so hard my dog refused to eat them. Not a good meal

Will not be returning any time soon. First, they are severely understaffed which apparently is causing them not to pay attention to orders. I ordered the hot honey tenders and got plain tenders with honey mustard dipping sauce (which I don’t eat). When I tried to call the location to inform them of the error, no one ever answered the phone. Food was not great but that may be due to the fact that it wasn’t what I ordered.

Excellent customer service is the foundation for any restaurant to thrive and be successful, the employees are sometimes rude and act like they don't want to be at work, this is on the owner your focus decides change your attitude determines access!!

The lady that took my order at the drive-through was plane out ugly rude and very snappy that makes the 3rd time of getting food from there that has happened. I never get napkins, dipping sauce, or eating utensils. I’ll never understand why people get jobs they don’t like!!!!

Order on the app , we to get it wait in line for 30 minutes to find out they didn't even have what I ordered and was told to get my money back I had to go back on the app Cancel the Order. Will never use the app or go there again they were rude.

Food was good, standard fare although they can't count nor provide the correct pieces ordered but this cost was on owner, not us. Ordered on app so there is no misunderstanding provided employee can read. Quick pick up offered on app. i arrived 5 minutes past and they had no clue. I was told front counter lady would handle it so I had to go to back of line....no quick pick up. The quick pickup counter has materials, empty buckets, other supplies. Three employees stood around and ignored me. Finally one went to register and printed out my online order and commented I may be early but now 10 minutes past promised time. When advised she said. oh. She then got someone to incorrectly put it together. There is a sign posted several places to "treat others as you would want to be treatEd". I was nice they were not. Practice what you preach, I say. Ambiance was so, so.
The food was only acceptable. The girl at the window was a sweetheart! The prices are ridiculous. $40 for a 10 piece with sides! I can't justify these prices. KFC is no longer on the menu

My husband waited for over an hour for our order (I would not have). When he got home, the order was wrong. I ordered crispy chicken. The chicken was a dark brown color. It tasted old and was cooked in old grease. Old grease gives it that fishy taste. It was inedible. We had to eat something else. The staff was arguing about the girl in front dropping chicken on the floor. I will not eat there again. They deserve negative stars.

I come from Rhode Island for my nieces birthday I came to visit Vidalia, Georgia where she lives. For her 6th birthday we went to visit kfc because it’s what my niece wanted. With three kids her father and me seated the kids while my nieces mom was ordering. A staff member was instructed by other staff to watch us. For a reason other than we ordered water due to the heat I could not see why there staff was instructed to specifically single out my family and ask to watch us. It was uncomfortable unprofessional and unwarranted to be watched and treated like criminals.
