So good!! Great customer service!! Haven't ate KFC in probably 20 years. But the biscuits is so buttery and fine with the honey sauce . And that new peachy mountain dew cream drink. Well you guys need to keep it forever !! But seriously hands down , great service , no long waits in and hour long line and absolutely great employees !!!

I just went through the drive through, I wanted an original $7 fill up and was told they were out of all white meat in original! Then I say I'll take crispy. I pay at the window and the young lady hands me my food with no bag! Of course I ask where's the bag. She says we're out of bags. Then I see about 50 brown paper to go bags hanging behind her. I then demand a bag! Hoe you gonna sell food in Drive through with no bag. Then when I demanded a bag, she Miraculously finds a regular plastic bag that they use in a drive through. This young girl had the nerve to get an attitude because I demanded a bag for the greasy boxes! Where's the management for this store! Never again!

Placed an order through the drive thru, was told it would be a few minutes for the chicken was asked to pull over and they would bring it out. Waited for a while and finally went in. There was not a person in the store, one employee was sitting down at a table on the phone. The other employee was standing in the back on her phone. I was asked if I wanted to order. I said no I think I was forgotten I've been waiting outside for my order. Needless to they started packing up my "whole" order and said the chicken just came up. (13 mins later) Not happy with service.

Where to begin with this absolute disappointment. We placed our order at the kiosk, we ordered an 8 piece chicken grilled and a 12 piece meal all extra crispy . Right after the manager rudely said they didn’t have grilled so I said ok can we get it crispy she rolled her eyes and said we would have to wait . I again said it was ok we would wait. While bagging our order the employee then tell us they don’t have chicken breast in crunchy we have to get original 😒 yet we are still waiting for the 8 piece they are cooking . We sat there a good 30-45 minutes .. athere is a line waiting to be helped and employees just sitting in the lobby . The buckets they put the chicken in they weren’t even closed . Large potatoes were like 2 small scoops. The managers attitude towards other customers was crappy! Don’t waste your time or money going here

This kfc is a joke. Everytime I try to eat there it’s an issue. Tonight I pull up at drive thru at 7:20 they tell me 30 mins wait on all chicken I say okay I’ll take a pot pie then the lady says oh it’s 30 mins wait on pot pies too. KFC employees are nasty.We saw one guy eating on the make line&he put the food back to be served to customers.He laughed after we asked him if the food was good& got mad&walked off.The other guy had on a skully like it's cold,no hair nets at all!
If you like rude employees and poor customer service, by all means eat here. When I arrived, there was a long line in the drive thru. Then there were these two idiots in the drive thru line, standing outside of their vehicle. Who decided to have a social hour while in line. The vehicles were ahead of these idiots, had advanced and there was a two car gap. One of the idiots says, I guess I need to pull forward. Nothing escapes his keen observation. It took approximately 5 minutes to arrive at the speaker to place my order. The employee asked to give her a moment. That moment turns into 5 minutes. While waiting, I cough due to me recovering from a recent cold. The employee says, “you ain’t got to cough in my ear”. I said excuse me, I recovering from a cold. I was in my vehicle. It’s not like, I went to the speaker and started cough intentionally. I placed my order and I rounded the corner, there were no vehicles, in line. Which made be think, she forgot me or she didn’t care. I have so many negative experiences at this restaurant. I figured maybe give them a chance. Well for the past months, nothing has changed. The employees are just there to draw a check. I would avoid this restaurant. The fries were cold and rubbery and the chicken tenders, were the same size of Cheetos crunchy. I would avoid eating at this restaurant.

I experienced horrible service on Sunday my order was not in the bags I was told it would be nine minutes on the pot pies so I left to pick up medicine at CVS pharmacy I get back chois the gotsay he wasn't giving me any more food after I discovered the three pieces and a biscuit wasn't in the bag I actually called the police because he said he wasn't giving me any more food I said I paid for food that wasn't in the bags I ordered Mac and cheese and green beans I get home I have corn and green beans what a mess
