Food cold. Biscuit half cooked. No silverware. Woman taking the order was rude and had an attitude. Asked for white meat, they gave me dark meat.

Stood in line 15 minutes to order my sick daughter mashed potatoes 4 or 5 people working behind the counter 1 customer in front of me . Then they wanted to wait on someone else that came in after I did. happened at 5:15 pm on 12/3/25 , this is the worst Kentucky Fried Chicken for servi e I've ever dealt with. Never again and you can bet ill tell everyone I know how bad it is.

They took 20 minutes for a large Mac and cheese and corn and food for my family. They gave me a SMALLLL corn and a Big Mac and cheese of course I ate it because I was at home. They were also so rude I ordered on the app drove 15 mins to get there I had to get some for my family and they took so long and I still come just to get food for my family cause they like it. They even got my brother’s food wrong most the time. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE WRONG FOOD and long wait!

Health department please stop by .Eat at your own risk! Dead flies and Food all over the floor,hair was everywherebloke someone was cutting or doing hair in dining room.they don't know the difference in white and dark meat. Place was disgusting.Fire em all.

Manager on duty attitude is horrible. She should learn about customer satisfaction and how to address a customers request when they are requesting to substitute an item due to unavailability.

After like 4 orders in this town they finally screw up on my last one, I guess is just average service in this town or compared better quality check if I only drove a bit further like chic fil a service is just a notch better in that department for example.

I went thru drive thru and was offered the 12 piece meal for 25+$. I said that sounds good... I didn't think she heard me so I backed up and waited for someone to come back on intercom. Probably around a minute. Finally I said hello... They said can I help you so I ordered the special with my 3 sides and was told to pull around... No price there... I got to the window and she said 43+$... And I was like I ordered the special and it was 25+ but now you saying 43+ $. I said what happened. She said you got large sides, I said no I didn't, you asked me what sides and I told you... This child laughed in my face and closes the window and looks over her shoulder and says something I didn't understand while laughing. The blonde wig girl came over to register and said 27+ $. I said what is going on. She just tried to charge me 43$ for this meal deal. The 1st cashier was laughing and looking at the blonde wig cashier as she's telling me that the chic was new.. I told her they needed to train them before they put them on a register and this woman/ girl / blonde wig heifer looked at me and said have a good night while laughing....
Well, that didn't go over too well with me at the moment... They were both laughing that I complained about being charged 15$ more for my meal than I should of been... I sit at the window till she came back and I told her I would be reporting this and she laughs and closes the window again... I have never been so disrespected in my life. I have never written a review in my life... Kentucky fried chicken in vidalia GA needs a complete rehaul if they allow their employees to treat customers this way. Also ... This all happened because the new girl charged us 15$ more than the total... She thought it was funny. How many more people they scamming this way! I'm sure they were in it together

This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Customers piling up, door dashers waiting like crazy and 4 of the 6 employees are sitting in the lobby eating at 6:30 pm. They need to fire the whole staff and start over. Corporate is the next to be called after the review bc i have pictures to show it.

The cashier was so rude to a non-English speaking person and when I try to help, she became rude obnoxious cursed at me and said she would meet me in the parking lot to no avail cause I waited for her. She must’ve thought I was gonna leave if you don’t like your job quit

So good!! Great customer service!! Haven't ate KFC in probably 20 years. But the biscuits is so buttery and fine with the honey sauce . And that new peachy mountain dew cream drink. Well you guys need to keep it forever !! But seriously hands down , great service , no long waits in and hour long line and absolutely great employees !!!
