My first and last time going here! ?? Two thumbs down!!A)Ordered tariaki chicken. Must have been leftovers from lunch. Couldn't really tell if it was chicken or beef. Fed it to dog next door. I didn't want to take a chance and feed it to mine.B)Ordered fried mushrooms. There were some pcs of mushrooms in a thick batter? So greasy I couldn't (wouldnt) eat them. Definitely were not like the whole mushroom pic on line!C)Fried rice was eatable!D)Tariaki shrimp was ok.F)I ordered pan fried pot stickers, they were deep fried and hard as an effing rock! Not like any Japanese food I've had before. Salty, over seasoned and over cooked!!!Maybe they were having a bad day???

The Sushi was terrible too much rice and the shrimp had no kind of flavor whatsoever, although the steak was decent. Not coming back.??

Worst Sushi and hibachi chicken. Sushi is double rolled with rice and the hibachi chicken was just bad old tasting chicken. The spring rolls and soup were good. Good service, but not enough to ever go back. It's hard to rid the bad taste of overpaying for bad food. Only reason we tried is because the other (better) hibachi restaurant was closed. I recommend buying sushi from Walmart or a convenience store..

My wife and I came here for the first time today and we will never be back. The sign says they have a hibachi. We ordered hibachi teriyaki chicken. We waited to see if the food was actually going to be cooked fresh on the hibachi. Never was. They had containers of food that had been sitting under heat lamps for four hours. They simply just scooped our food from these metal hog trough trays and slopped it into a plastic prison assembly line tray. They clearly had canned carrots, canned broccoli, canned cabbage and the meat I have no idea. Upon tasting all of this was confirmed. Everything tasted like it came from a metal Alpo dog food can. Fu€|{ing disgusting!!! As a chef of 30years who owned a restaurant and worked with Chinese, Japanese, louse and Thai people this is downright insulting. They make way better food at great wall in Reidsville and the owner is the best chef for 100 miles in both directions. I asked for a refund and the woman gave me a void receipt. I said this is not a refund receipt this is a void transaction receipt. She lied to my face and said it was a refund. Either refund my money or I will have my bank come get it for me!! Now I know why the lot is always empty. If this happens to you don't fool with these people go to your bank and dispute the transaction tell them you never ate any of your food. you don't have to pay for something you didn't eat!! I actually ended up calling the boss and he said they'd rather just cater to the people who like save a lot canned carrots and corn. Why not just do better and cater to everyone??? I don't get it. I am a chef of 30years and it makes me sad when I see something with so much potential but the owners would rather serve something that would make myself and Gordon Ramsey "RALFF!!". I myself would bet a million dollars I could come in there and have that place turned around in a few weeks. Very sad and I love Asian food.

I’m from Vidalia but live in Jacksonville and I look forward to coming here with my grandmother every time I come to town! It is as good now as it always was. We order a plate and split it each time, and it is always enough. I have the best sweet tea and excellent customer service. Everything is neat and clean even when it’s clear they are busy. I’m grateful for this delicious ritual I share with my Ma❤️Parking: Because they have a drive thru I’ve never had trouble finding parkingKid-friendliness: Family friendly atmosphereWheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access and even in places where there is a slight step up, it’s very low and my grandmother has no trouble with it

Four shrimp in my hibachi shrimp and chicken??!! Really??!! $18.00 for ten cents worth of rice, 25 cents in veggies, a bucks worth of chicken, and 4 friggin shrimp??!! Will be a cold day in hell before they get my business again. They use too much teriyaki anyway. Will be glad when they close and a new hibachi place opens. They are the 5th in Vidalia. They all end for the same reason. They start off well then eventually cheat the customer. Then they close. Dont worry, koiya will soon close and we will get better...for the first several years anyway. Stop going to koiya and the sooner it will be to get better.
