False advertisement of the lunch box on the weekend. They said their bosses said the drink doesn't come with it after 2pm on Friday because people don't work on the weekend. Crazy to me!!!

The gentleman there was so rude because I had no idea how to use the case that holds pizzas for door dashers. I didn't have a code and didn't know where to find it, but I told him I could show him my receipt. A lady at the store even had to tell him to show some respect. He was so unprofessional they lost a customer for life, I'll pay extra for good customer service, no love lost there!

Order was taken over the phone and input incorrectly. When pointed out, they remade the pizza, but did so incorrectly AGAIN! They refused to correctly make the pizza as "They had already tried once"! Customer service has taken a nose dive in the past 3 years. If not for another's behest, I would not have set foot in this establishment. It's always something at this place. Last time is was rancid butter, which is why I asked for NO Butter on this order.....actually dripping with it.

We go to little Caesars all the time. I have 3 kids so it's cheap and easy when in a hurry. The workers are super nice. This is the only pizza place that we do go to because of the price and workers
Not my favorite one…workers refused to sell me the sauce I requested and instead of handing me my internet order, he brought it to the front and still put it in the machine, which I felt made it less friendly. If it was already in the machine, I get it; but to take that extra step, I just would have liked for him to have handed it to me. Maybe it’s there protocol idk but I didn’t like it
Despite only having 2 workers on site this evening and it being a crowded holiday weekend, the service was fantastic. Professional service with a cheerful attitude goes a long way in this customer's opinion. Keep up the great job ladies!

I went today, and one employee was working both the front and back. Despite this, he still worked with a great attitude.
Also, I noted a few months ago that when the price changed, the pizza crust did as well. With the changing economy, other companies have raised the price on their products but not the quality. Thanks for giving a better product.

We got the new pepperoni bites. They was so good. We also got 3 large pizza for some workers of ours. The employee greeted us as we walked in and our pizza was in the locked container ready for us. We placed an online order.
