I went to this location today to get me and my family something to eat I ordered a cheesy bread stick pizza add sausage they gave me my food and I didn’t notice until I dropped off my moms pizza and my daughter took a bite out of one of the sticks that it was cheese only NO SAUSAGE so I went to return it since it was on the way home and she grab it and said okay so the black dark skin girl told the short mixed light skin girl that she needed another one remade and the short light skin girl told her something rolled her eyes and seen me looking in the back and stop talking she then proceeded to to fix it so once I received it I took it home and opened it up and it was the same one I had the first time she just took some sausage and threw it on top and as I moved the box ALL the sausage fell off I took pictures and just threw it away I didn’t fill like going back for a second time im a general manager and I had a long day and with service like that can really be bad for business

Hair was baked on our pizza!I ate half a slice&pulled it out.They don't wear hair nets.Hair flowing everywhere,pony tails swinging,&they have a habit of scratching their faces& don't wash their hands after handling the cash.

False advertisement of the lunch box on the weekend. They said their bosses said the drink doesn't come with it after 2pm on Friday because people don't work on the weekend. Crazy to me!!!

The gentleman there was so rude because I had no idea how to use the case that holds pizzas for door dashers. I didn't have a code and didn't know where to find it, but I told him I could show him my receipt. A lady at the store even had to tell him to show some respect. He was so unprofessional they lost a customer for life, I'll pay extra for good customer service, no love lost there!

Order was taken over the phone and input incorrectly. When pointed out, they remade the pizza, but did so incorrectly AGAIN! They refused to correctly make the pizza as "They had already tried once"! Customer service has taken a nose dive in the past 3 years. If not for another's behest, I would not have set foot in this establishment. It's always something at this place. Last time is was rancid butter, which is why I asked for NO Butter on this order.....actually dripping with it.

We go to little Caesars all the time. I have 3 kids so it's cheap and easy when in a hurry. The workers are super nice. This is the only pizza place that we do go to because of the price and workers
Not my favorite one…workers refused to sell me the sauce I requested and instead of handing me my internet order, he brought it to the front and still put it in the machine, which I felt made it less friendly. If it was already in the machine, I get it; but to take that extra step, I just would have liked for him to have handed it to me. Maybe it’s there protocol idk but I didn’t like it

Despite only having 2 workers on site this evening and it being a crowded holiday weekend, the service was fantastic. Professional service with a cheerful attitude goes a long way in this customer's opinion. Keep up the great job ladies!
