I ordered a 10 piece wing and only got 7 wings… if I am going to pay 60 dollars for a medium pizza and 10 wings i expect everything to be there. Unfortunately some hungry little guy decided to take three to enjoy for himself. Also keep in mind there is no 7 wing option.

Tried to order delivery which according to the website stated would take 35 minutes. After over an hour of waiting I called the restaurant. I was then placed on hold for 15 minutes before being told the food was on the way. As of now it's been over an hour and a half with no updates.

Best pizza in Vidalia!! Was what I said 6 yrs ago. Not so anymore. In the past couple years, this place has become a daycare center for employees. Their kids are always hanging out in the dining area, and the product has shown a lack of respect for the workplace. Pizza quality has gone from a 5 to a 1

The place is dirty, menu screen wasn't working, people making the food were not wearing gloves and it looks like they were there to help not actual employees. The food is good but I will not be going back to this Marcos after seeing that they do not wear gloves while prepping the food and they need to clean the tables.

I was the first order for the day. I get there at 11:30 as I had on my pick up and she says messed us my order and remaking it. I finally get my order at 11:45 take it home and it is wrong! It was supposed to be pepperoni, Italian sausage and anchovies. See the pick. So they got it wrong both times! Been on hold for 8 minutes now! No one is picking up.

Things are crazy after Helene came ripping through. Despite being short-staffed, everyone was working hard. Food was hot and fresh and was delivered to our table, which we weren't expecting. Thankful for the hot meal.

The food is always good, but I always order early and choose have it ready at a leter time and schedule it, but yet ALWAYS have to wait. This is the 2nd time probably in the last month!!
