I ordered a large pizza with boneless wing and they were the worst I have ever had! The pizza was so tough you could hardly eat it and the wings were hard! NEVER AGAIN. Donāt waste your money ordering pizza from here!!!

I would give negative 100 stars if I could the way we were treated last night 6/24/24 @ 8:31 pm. We placed 2 orders back to back the 2nd order was placed @ 8:31 pm and said it would be ready in 13 minutes. (8:45pm). We sat and watched through the big glass window in the front of the store as 3 employees just sat on/around the counter talking amongst each other and a friend in the lobby. We submitted our order through the app and opted for ācontactless deliveryā because I just had a total knee replacement Fri 6/14/24, and usually they bring out the order as soon as itās boxed from the oven (at least in the past the have). But on 6/24/24 they chose to just sit there and be oblivious to their customers. So when my order should have been ready by 8:45 pm and while just watching the employees talking I went inside and saw that my order was already bagged and sitting waiting for pick up. The sad thing āI pre-paidā a tip. And they didnāt even have the decency to bring it out to me when I specifically asked for it to be.
I donāt normally order Pizza Hut that often because itās so expensive. But Iāll settle for a little less preferred pizza where Iām at least treated like they appreciate my business

After calling several times and not getting an answer I still chose to place an online order due to speaking with someone there through social media. I order (2) pizzas and the new Chicken/Bacon melt. Immediately upon opening the box it smelled different but I assumed it was the Parmesan cheese. I broke it and the bottom of it was completely soggy as if to much sauce was applied because I was falling apart in my hands but the top was āwell doneā. I took a bite and my stomach automatically began to boil. I am sensitive so I had my son try the other side. We were both up all night hugging the toilet and calling the Lord. I know it was this item itself because my small children had the pizza and were fine.

The service was excellent , especially considering he was the only one I seen in that joint working when I placed my order,and the pizza was absolutely wonderful,my family was well satisfied with it ! Wish all eating places had that service and desirable food quality that I got today!
