Made a mobile order on the app, let them know we parked, they said it would be out in a minute. Mind you we are the only car sitting here and maybe 2 to 3 have gone through the drive through in the last 20 min. Order was placed at 1852, we let them know about a minute after ordering, finally got our food at 1918.

Everytime I come here the customer service is terrible, even after a 30 minute wait in line! The burgers aren’t even done ! This time I tried to slide my card but payed with cash instead . & was promised a refund that I found out almost a week later the girl at the window never even sent back 🙄! Why I don’t know or understand but I can tell you that I didn’t even eat it. I ordered a burrito & I opened it before eating & it was OBVIOUS that she fixed my food a certain way!
I asked for extra jalapeños & this girl put about 4 of them in one spot at the top of my burrito so that I could bite into them ! & literally no cheese . That is enough for me to never trust it again . Even the general manager isn’t approachable!

Workers were very rude, you can only use the drive thru, made my drink wrong and told me I would have to get back in line and pay for a new drink, my burger was burnt, along with black burned cheese. It’s just awful,

The best thing here is the ice cream I always get a strawberry blast it is so delicious and creamy the reason I gave it four stars is because the food could be better! They need to step up their game and serve hot fresher food!
But the ice cream is really good and so is the jalapeno peppers!

Me and my toddler eats sonic at Vidalia location almost every Friday at lunch. The people who we have encountered has been the sweetest people! Always gets our custom orders right. I just wish they weren’t most of the time understaffed. Today the lady was the only one in the restaurant. She was still so kind in what I would think would be a stressful situation. I hope sonic praises their morning shift employees as they deserve.

Terrible service. Pulled up and ordered a few drinks, they repetitively asked what we ordered, even walked out one time and asked. I finally left after sitting for over an hour. Never got our drinks. Absolutely terrible service.

Nothing like being (indirectly) cussed out and ridiculed behind a glass because you wanted to order a coke with cherry grenadine (syrup) and real cherries.

If I could give zero stars, I would, but it’s not like they care anyway.

I don’t understood how there’s about 16 stalls, very convenient because the drive thru takes entirely too long, but every time a customer pulls in we get “I’m sorry our stalls are closed” and now we are forced to wait even longer in drive-thru. With employees you can hear doing one car, one order at a time. By the time you get your food it’s either cold, melted, or watered down. Prepare to wait 15-20 minutes.
