My sons blood sugar was severely low and we needed something quick so I went to a stall and told them “hey I’m placing an order for such and such, but could you bring me a small Coke asap, because he is type one and his blood sugar is very low so he needs something sugary” and they said ok. 5 minutes passed and still nothing. thankfully I found an old Coke in my car to help bring it up a little bit. I’ve been sitting here 15 minutes already and still nothing. This is ridiculous. I don’t expect a business to cater to a medical emergency, but I do expect at least maybe meet me at the door and bring me a Coca-Cola or something if I tell you, I’m having an emergency with my kids blood sugar. A decent human being would at least do that. You can make the rest of my order later I don’t care, but please bring me the Coca-Cola… This is ridiculous.

I wish there was something less than a star. Ordered by app. Waited 50 minutes for food to arrive. Nothing. They don't work the stalls at all as I have seen drive through flow. Service has always been bad but this takes the cake. I'm done. To the franchise owner: hire some employees and pay them a wage.

If I could give -10 star review, I would. This Sonic is awful. The service is horrible. Through one experience, I placed an order on my app for a DRINK and it took them 20 minutes to bring it to me. I am here now…ordered a milkshake. The person asked me rudley 3 times what did I say when I was speaking loud and clearly. There are two cars in front of me and I’ve been here for 5 minutes so far. There’s no telling how long the 2 cars in front of me have been waiting. The employees are rude and make it clear through their attitude that they’d rather be anywhere else.

I order my food online. What I received is not what I ordered! If Sonic runs out of fries you should not force paying customers to takes tots in place of fries. It's a reason we didn't order them! We should have the right to pick what we actually eat. I asked if I could get onion rings because we actually eat them, told they can't change online orders but you literally change it to tots. Please make it make sense!
I had four orders and all four were horrible! The drinks were tasteless. They were all missing something and had something I didn't order. Chicken tenders were not worth the price! Small and overcooked! Chili dog was overcooked and messy. I expect a little mess with the chili but not the mess I received!

Sonic HAS to figure out its staff and their laziness. I ordered a meal at 11:30 pm and had to wait nearly an hour for my food. I understand it's late, but yall don't close until 1 am, and I know there are enough people there to get me my food sooner than that. It's not like I'm ordering food 15 minutes before closing.

Sonic in vidalia is about the worst restaurant here. They are very slow and rude and don't care if your order is right and never admit they made the mistake. Avoid at all cost

I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger meal and when I got to work I opened the bag noticed I was missing the fries. When I opened the wrapper for the burger I noticed it was only the bun and a half a slice of cheese. So I called up there to make a complaint and nobody will even answer the phone

The food is great but it takes forever to get your food they are so slow and you can see some are in there playing around not getting orders out

Never got my food waited for 30 plus minutes all to get treated terribly when they forgot to say anything the three times we tried to place a order. We were told we had to get back in line to order ,not them take it and us pull up nope get back in a line that’s now a 45 min wait or more no thanks. Oh and for my first time at a Sonic I have no great desire to go back as the drive up service was closed hence why we were in line for drive thru. It just got worse not better . Could have been better if the drive thru workers talked in full sentences and were polite.

Waited over 10 minutes for my order to be taken tonight, and no one ever came on the intercom to take my order so I made a mobile order. Waited another 20 minutes or so in line just to wait another 10 minutes at the window on my order. The girl at the drive thru didn’t give me straws so I pulled into a stall to call for straws…and waited another 15 or so minutes on two straws. This is ridiculous and unacceptable!

Disorganized and Disappointing Experience

When we pulled up to the Sonic Drive-In, we parked in one of the stalls where they bring the food out, unaware that the system wasn’t working—there were no signs to indicate this. After reading the menu and pressing the button, we were told they were closed and that we had to use the drive-thru instead. By that point, several cars had already jumped ahead of us.

We waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru line, expecting to place our order at the window because nobody responded when we reached the order screen. When we got to the window and attempted to give our order, the employee informed us we were supposed to order at the display. I explained that nobody said anything when we were at the speaker, but she insisted we needed to get back in line, despite our long wait.

When I asked if I could just give her the order and pull to the side, she reluctantly agreed, but her attitude made me uncomfortable. At that point, I decided it wasn’t worth the risk of eating food prepared by someone unhappy, so we left and went elsewhere. A highly disappointing and frustrating experience all around.
