They took 22 mins to hand me a coffee, they are super slow and they don’t care if others are waiting and wasting their time.

Been going there the last 3 weeks the front door is always closed with a paper saying go through window . Didn't waste my time . Started going to other coffee shops in town.

First of all, I never leave a bad review on anything & hardly ever get mad at ppl who work in retail or the service industry because I’ve been in their shoes before and understand it can be hard and frustrating when it’s busy. But I am extremely upset and annoyed. We are already having a bad time and just wanted to leave the house for a little bit & go in for a drink.Whoever the girl working the drive thru today was rude as hell. Had a smart mouth while we ordered, when we pulled up to the window my husband politely told her I’m sorry if you’re having a bad day but you did not have to be rude to us,she proceeded to give us our drinks without a sleeve, said “I was not rude” in a VERY rude voice, then slammed the door shut on us. Did not give us a chance to ask for a sleeve for our HOT drinks. Like I said, I never write a bad review on anything so this is beyond upsetting to me as I am already having a hard time and don’t treat people this way. This is unacceptable behavior especially coming from who I believe may be the manager. Not to mention this Starbucks is almost always out of everything or closed, already kind of ridiculous to begin with. For someone already having a bad time/day someone’s attitude or being treated this way could be their last straw. Maybe you should think about that when hiring your employees. Kindness goes a long way and can make a big difference when it comes to people’s mental health.

Today was just not it. The two young girls that were in there needed more help and because they weren’t doing things in the order that they came in they kept getting people who ordered in line behind me at least three or four people who ordered behind me got their drinks first.. keep in mind, These were not mobile orders they were register orders like mine. They all got cold foam, but so did I and I actually paid before them because of course I ordered before them and they conveniently ran out of cold foam and you know of course that’s an extra charge. You don’t just get that for free. And she came over and told me unfortunately your drink is going to be taking a little bit longer because we just ran out of cold foam and I asked her how long it would take she said it would probably be quite a few minutes with all the customers they had a.k.a. we know you’ve been waiting 30 minutes, but you’re gonna have to continue waiting for all these other people to get their coffee until you can get your cold foam for your coffee that has already been made and is sitting on the counter with the ice melting. So needless to say they need more employees because that was just ridiculous. I opted For whipped cream just to get out of there and lost Money in the process…
We always have a great experience at this location. The baristas are nice and I sometimes get suggestions on new drinks to try. I wish they would get more holiday items in, but I know they have no control over that. I love the drinks and food 😋

The lady Abby here was extremely rude when she was taking my order she said “yea wow that’s a lot” I felt stupid and silly I usually order with my phone for this reason I will never go through drive through again thank goddess I don’t live here

I’m a regular….they all know me. Usually when I pull up, I’m greeted with good morning Shannon we have your coffee ready. I don’t even have to say anything they recognize me and I love it. Sometimes there’s something sweet written on the cup(smiley face, have a good day, good morning….etc) my drink is always perfect. The times it wasn’t, they fixed it immediately and were really apologetic, but it’s very rare my drink has been wrong and it’s usually where it’s mixed up and iced instead of hot. This place has really grown into something since it opened and has become my first stop before I go to work every day.
