I’m a regular….they all know me. Usually when I pull up, I’m greeted with good morning Shannon we have your coffee ready. I don’t even have to say anything they recognize me and I love it. Sometimes there’s something sweet written on the cup(smiley face, have a good day, good morning….etc) my drink is always perfect. The times it wasn’t, they fixed it immediately and were really apologetic, but it’s very rare my drink has been wrong and it’s usually where it’s mixed up and iced instead of hot. This place has really grown into something since it opened and has become my first stop before I go to work every day.

Every time i come to this specific starbucks, my drink is never mixed together. The employees always make the drink wrong as well. service is also not the greatest.

Terrible. Half the time they’re closed and if they are open, only the drive through is open with no announcement on the app for inside orders. Go to Ellianos instead. Waste of time and space.

This Starbucks in vidalia is about the slowest and worst one I've ever been to. Customer service is the worst as well and they need to find new help or management or both!

I avoid this Starbucks as much as I can but the times I am in town and head over to grab a drink in the last 6 years, the service has been TERRIBLE. I never cared enough to leave a review because I’m used to being treated a certain way in a small southern town until I was treated unfairly by the manager. The only 2 things I have EVER gotten from Starbucks is a double chocolatey chip Frappuccino or hot chocolate. The two most basic Starbucks drinks in my opinion. In the many times I’ve ordered a frap from this location, there’s only been a handful of times my order was correct. Many times it hasn’t been and when I try to tell the employee, they are rude and tell me that’s how it’s supposed to be. I then have to pull up what it is and what goes in it before they remake it for me. Today was red cup day. Last night I called the location to make sure that a hot chocolate counts towards it. I was told yes. I had multiple friends go to different locations and was told yes it counted. This morning I placed a mobile order and walked in to pick it up. The second I walked in I was greeted with disgusting stares from the customers. I heard my name called. Grabbed my drink and after standing there for a few minutes trying to get someone attention someone finally asked what I need and I asked hi are yall out of red cups and the manager said no what did you order. I said a hot chocolate to which she said that’s not a part of the deal it has to be a peppermint hot chocolate. I informed her of my call and other people who have gotten it. She gets rude and says how are you going to tell me I’m the manager and walked off. I then left and checked the STARBUCKS WEBSITE for eligible drinks and guess what, hot chocolate is a part of participating drinks. AND once again, my order was made wrong. not even surprised anymore.

This past week I went to Starbucks 3 times. One time they were closed during normal business hours. Other 2 times, they would only take mobile orders at drive through. The purpose of drive through is to not have to go inside.
