Never been to a Starbucks that wasn’t friendly when I’m always confused about what to order. Having been tired from two days of travel and just excited to see a Starbucks for an unsweet tea, I left without anything bc the girl that was taking my order couldn’t stop clicking her pen and being annoyed with me long enough to be nice. Avoid this place like the plague ??

Disappointed. I live in Texas and created a Door dash for my daughter's birthday. This location doesn't allow for special instructions ( I just wanted a cold drink made hot...) in the Door Dash order, you have to call them. Not a bog problem if this Starbucks would answer the phone.. but they don't....Not Door dash friendly.
Good lord slowest moving employees we have ever seen with ZERO personality, unbelievable!!! The gal in the orange shirt was the worst.Ordered 3 drinks and it took forever, such horrible customer service. Wednesday 11/22 early afternoon.WE ARE DONE WITH THIS STORE.

You would think during the holidays you would have enough sugar cookie syrup, but no. This is every holiday they are constantly out of something.
Normally going to Starbucks is such a mid experience but the two gentleman working there were freaking AWESOME - we were there Saturday 10/14, please give those boys a raise! Excellent service with a personal touch and a smile. Also they did an excellent job making my oatmeal (most Starbucks water it down too much).

It took me 12 minutes to get a venti americano. We have one person on the bad to take care of all drinks for drive thru and lobby. One female in the back I guess a manager not really helping out during the rush.
