Food and service was great. Had just enough time to enjoy the salad bar before my entree arrived. One of the best salad bars in town in my opinion. I didn’t order it this time but the fried cheese cake is the best to finish up your meal there. Will definitely be coming back!!!

I’m only giving this two starts because our waiter was incredibly kind. I’m absolutely shocked at the condition of this place, I was given a dirty plate for my salad, my fork has left over lip stick on it, I unfortunately didn’t get pictures of that because the waiter was standing at the table when I found it so I didn’t have time, the booths are filthy, a hand held carpet cleaner would do it some justice, the ceiling appears to have maybe mold on it right above me.

Was excited to try this place but was highly disappointed. When we got here there was no hostess for over 20 minutes so we stood there looking like idiots. The waiter never gave my wife her water and she asked him 5 times each time we flagged him down. Food was not seasoned and the 9oz filet was cooked good, medium rare, but was chewy. Not a good experience.

I eat at Steeplechase fairly often. I've never had a bad experience there; the food is always good, as is the service. Prices are reasonable & the restaurant is clean & well maintained! All in all, Steeplechase is a pleasant dining experience! Highly Recommended!

Food was decent. Ahi tuna was excellent. They were out of a few items like baked potatoes. The actual restaurant could use some maintenance. Not sure what's upstairs, but the carpet on the stairs was pretty gross, which is offputting since this is the first thing you see upon opening the front door.
Steeplechase is one of the best restaurants in Vidalia. The Salad bar is top notch.
