The burrito and tacos was good, but we got cinnamon twist that were fresh but they taste like they were still and they were disgusting. When I normally come through and get that same meal it’s always good but when I came tonight it wasn’t.

I was told I was at the speaker box for a total of two minutes. & that was way too long for me to figure out what I wanted mind you this was at 1130 on a weekend with no cars in front OR behind me . The window was slammed in my face because I took too long and asked too many questions. But they didn’t have anything so I was trying to figure out what I COULD order. The attitude, &the way the manager approached me at that window was foul ! I never gave her an attitude so I could tell she was used to treating people like trash ! Then I asked for the general managers name & was hung up on twice ! Never again I wait in this line for food that’s not even done right , spend my money & to be throwed away like that was messed up !! The last time I came a gay man did me almost the same so I waited a while before coming back but no change at all . This place is terrible

Refused to give me food. Slammed window 2 times. Shoed me off the workers wearing same gloves touching face a making food... She made me feel like trash .. I walked there. I haven't got my refund. NO NANAGER SHOULD BE AS UNPROFESSIONAL EGREGIOUS AND PLAN HATEFUL TO CUSTOMERSM4

The parking lot is nasty and if ur not careful you will fall. Service is slow be waiting for ur food for longer the 30 mins
EVERY TIME I come to this Taco Bell at night they have a limited menu, no customer service and an extra side of attitude. One time the girl even ducked down behind the counter and his from us, 30 minutes from close to act like they closed. Not tonight. When I came through, the two employees we spoke to were super nice. They had full menu even 30 minutes from close. They were so nice and they should be the highest paid employees in the building. I go all the time and it’s the only time I’ve received even decent service in months and I was so impressed, I left a review… at a Taco Bell. I regret not asking their names

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience. I visited this Taco Bell Vidalia ga September 8 at 5:14 pm and unfortunately, it ended with me getting food poisoning.I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme meal with a Baja Blast and while the service was relatively fast, the food didn’t taste quite right — something seemed off, especially with the meat. About 4 hours after eating, I began experiencing nausea, stomach cramps, and other symptoms consistent with food poisoning. I was having a very rough night and had to miss work. I’m not writing this to be dramatic, but to make others aware and to urge the management to take food safety more seriously. I’ve eaten at Taco Bell plenty of times in the past and never had an issue until now. It’s really disappointing and concerning.
