Apparently the soda machine in the lobby not working is problem with Taco Bell. They locked the doors to the lobby stating they we short staffed. Service was slow and not very friendly.

This taco bell is rediculous. Suppose to be open til 2 a.m. but apparently there is not enough workers to keep the place going that long. We have literally just sit and actual ENTIRE hour waiting on food. I kid you not. The drive through literally doesn't move . It takes at least 25 to 30 minutes for one car to even move up. Y'all need to get some extra workers in there. Either it's that or they slowing it down like that on purpose to make people leave so they don't have to cook anything else. And this is night after night after night like this. Please fix this!! Id be so surprised if y'all haven't lost tons of customers because of the service here. And that is all

I mobile ordered carry out when I was 15 mins away because I was in a hurry. Thinking it would be ready. They accepted mobile order for carry out, I got there and door was locked. They done had my money so I had to wait in long drive thru line. That is unprofessional they shouldn’t have accepted payment for carry out if they got the doors locked

Cashier was Evelyn T. She was so worried about getting you out the line then making sure you had everything. Wouldn’t give us sauce and slammed the window shut in our face.

I work 3rd shift and Taco Bell is one of the fast food places open during my lunch break. They close at 2a m. I go around 12:45a.m. and was told that I couldn't order anything they had grill because they have shut the grill down for cleaning.... Hell they should just close the restaurant if u can't get what you want off the menu
My experience was HORRIBLE and the fact that the entire staff ,except for one girl, don’t care is ridiculous. Today March 11 @9:44pm I ordered $60 worth of food and asked specifically for “queso dip” in which I paid for but had to fight tooth and nail to get it.We didn’t get it until 10:08pm I’m black so by no means and I’m being funny when I say this but it’s always us melanated individuals that have the worse attitudes. If a manager was on duty they completely didn’t care. One woman who looks Hispanic or mixed asked what was me and my husband waiting for and she had an attitude because we wanted the $.75 cent cheese we paid for. They had so many cars pulled to the front door waiting for food and it’s apparently the customers fault. The worst attitudes in the world while they sabotage this business. They need new management because the staff is taking on the attitude of the manager. It make you question if they are handling the food with care . People need to show kindness and respect because everyone reap what they sow , maybe not today but some day. I feel bad for the CEO who invests their money to have a successful business while their employees sabotage it.

Ordered from kiosk. Got email receipt with time of order. Took 18 minutes to get three items (two identical) and drink.
Give a three for atmosphere love the drama but due too the drama they messed the orders up and made us wait for our drinks and food for about 45 min

I've had this taco bell in the past, but the food quality has significantly decreased since my last experience. That authentic flavor that Taco Bell has always had all my times eating at any location was missing. Maybe a recipe changed, or maybe something was wrong with the last batch of taco meat that was cooked up. Whatever it was, it didn't taste good to me, and even made me decline my husband's attempt to eat there again the following week.

I went to Taco Bell drive through I order 5 Doritos taco supreme. I get home my taco shell saggy, tacos smushed, meat is terrible and guess what not supreme….. smh I really think them tacos been just sitting there. Oh let’s not for I ordered and paid for EXTRA meat and nope wasn’t there either. Do better Taco Bell Do better

I would give a negative if possible!! Do not go to this location if you want your order prepared correctly. And God forbid if you take your order back in to be corrected. You are met with nothing but attitude!!

I don’t understand the difference in you handing me food out the window and me coming inside. If I place a mobile order it takes no less time for you to hand it to me over the counter than it does through the window. If you’re short staffed hire more employees. Also try getting the orders right. If you’re going to inconvenience me the least you could do is get my order right….

On-line order. My fault for not checking the order when picked it up. Missing 2 items. Maybe was a second bag didn't give me. Also requested no lettuce on the taco supreme, but it had lettuce on it.
