The Tacobell app doesn't properly function. I've tried using the app at several locations. The "check in" function doesn't load, and many times, the app won't allow fully load, so ordering food is impossible. I have tried using both Tacobell wifi and data. Other apps load and function perfectly well, so poor signal or phone not compatible with Tacobell app isn't the problem as some Tacobell workers have tried to claim.

Haven't been to a taco beel in years and went to this one near my home. I have an odd allergy to beef, and the new chicken options now are amazing. Our town shuts down pretty early on a Sunday, and knowing I can get something yummy after hours is a relief. The individual taking my order was so sweet and fast that I was overly impressed. She was delightful, more so than some server I've had at restaurants.

Order was incorrect. Did not get what I asked for. I wanted no rice. I asked for pico de gallo . I got rice and no pico de gallo and very little cheese. I ordered a Burrito Supreme.

If I could give no stars I would!! Super rude and impatient with their customers. Know what you want before you get there because god forbid you sit and try to find something for your small children to eat!!!!!!

I ordered a Nacho Bell Grande with extra beef and extra nacho cheese, and I added Cantina chicken. I also ordered chips on the side and requested light beans. However, they put my toppings in a smaller-sized container, which didn't seem worth the price of over $10. Additionally, they forgot the beans. I was disappointed with the portion size as it didn't seem to match the value. I believe Taco Bell should have put my Nacho Bell Grande in a regular-sized container and filled the toppings accordingly, rather than skimping on them and giving me an amount suitable for a small container, which doesn't equal $10 worth of toppings.

Every single time I go to the Vidalia Toco Bell there is a problem. I spent $72 for rude awful service and my order is all wrong. It is sad that the staff have nasty attitudes. They never have drink holders and have to wait an hour for your food. Kindness does not take a lot of effect.

Everytime we go to Taco Bell we ask for no sour cream and sauce. They still continue to put sour cream on our burritos. Then Matt won’t eat them. Then we had to drive up and wait for our order to be wrong.

I went through the drive through and ordered a number 12. They didn’t ask me what kind of meat I wanted just assumed I wanted sausage, which I did not. But they were in such a hurry to tell me my total I didn’t get a chance to correct them. So I paid 7.00 for something I’m not going to eat. Then they ALWAYS make you pull around. Like what is the point of the drive through?? And they won’t even go ahead and hand you your drink they make you wait until your food comes out. It’s stupid.
