We wanted to give this place another chance so we ate there last night. The girl that took our order never returned. Our order took a long time to arrive but that was not a real issue. Ordering drinks was a matter of having to stop another waitress who wasn’t our server. When my order arrived the side I ordered was not on my plate. When I asked about the side I was told they were out of that side item. They never bothered to come to the table and let us know they were out of that side item. We ordered a salad and asked for the salad to come before the meal. That didn’t happen. When I paid for the meal I asked about the side and was told they ran out. When I ask why they didn’t let us know so a substitute side could be ordered, I was told that the salad was put in as the substitute. When I explained we ordered the salad as an extra side the lady told me they have no way of knowing when the kitchen runs out of an item on the menu. My response was “maybe you should communicate with your kitchen instead of standing around talking to people behind the bar along with her daughter”. This place was once a fair place to eat, the new ownership is horrible and the food is pathetic. I love to see a $47 ribeye steak served on a paper plate. Not my order but the table next to us. The Prime Rib was always. Good choice, now it’s twice the price and 100% less quality than when the last owner was there. The two standing around behind the bar running the register and continuously talking with customers not working or serving should be ashamed. The real servers were running to cover the customers. When we left the owner said “come again”. No thanks!

Gave me and my family food poisoning. I can’t believe how bad this experience was honestly. The food server rolled her eyes at me and said “I’m not your waitress” when I asked her a question (the server was nowhere to be found for like 20 minutes .)
It took us an hour and some change to get our food and when we got it, it was horrible. The prices are way too high for the quality of food we received. The prime rib on the sandwiches were extremely fatty and greasy. The fries had no salt on them whatsoever. The sweet tea tasted like chemical syrup. It really was just bad . I hated it, will never ever eat here again , and today, I will be laid up in bed with food poisoning so that’s great.

If you like salad where the lettuce is brown on the edges and salmon that has been fried and is crispy, dried out and chewy, then go for it. On a side notes, the mashed potatoes were good. Husbands shrimp were okay. Cole slaw was not good. French fries had dark spots on them. Waitress was good

Only because i can not leave a zero star reveiw. My husband and i went in for a nice little sate night. He ordered mahi with a salad, and i a philly with deep fried mushrooms for my side. 30 minutes and still we had NO food. Not a salad not nothing. Watched 3 other groups of people walk in after (they had a different waitress) and the had there salads and food.... while we still had nothing. I will never go back, and will not recommend this place to NO ONE!

Some of the food was good and some wasn't as good. Was disappointed that the storm messed up the treehouse and we didn't get to experience it

Cannot recommend any place where the owner condones the torture of dogs.

Place is too loud. Vinyl floors & flat ceilings produce loud rooms. Install sound absorbers. Waited 30-35 mins for food. Food was good but not a cut above anywhere else. Fries greasy. Not impressed.

Food is always hot and fresh.
Ignore people who complain about the wait. Grab a drink and enjoy the atmosphere if it’s slam packed. Your food will come out amazing and piping hot.

We never got to eat. Waited 30 minutes to be seated and after another 1 1/2 hour waiting for our food we left. Very long wait time and very loud

I remember when you could always get a good meal here. Last few times it’s a hit and miss. Food bills are too high to take that chance. Won’t be back as much. Service takes too long and food is no longer good.

Do not order the prime rib. Mostly fat and way overcooked. Food is mediocre at best for the price you pay. Best item on the menu was the beer or side salad.

It took my husband and myself 2 1/2 hours to eat! The waitress at one time told us we could go pay at the register but no hurry ! Lol. We hadn’t even received our food yet ! And was trying to get us out the door. She was unaware when or if we had even received it. The prime rib was way overcooked, and half of it was just thick fat. I have actually been to this restaurant 2 other times but will not be back. Learn how to cook prime rib!! And actually invest in waitresses that actual care to give good service !

I thoroughly appreciated the staff, the service, and the atmosphere, but, most importantly, I enjoyed the food. I wanted grilled fish and had the blacked Mahi Mahi with the fried okra and coleslaw. Best dang okra I ever had. The Mahi Mahi was tender and flaky (a little more spice, and it would be more to my taste). Thanks for an awesome meal.
