Giving 3 stars because the food was fine, but they were out of ingredients for a salad that was ordered, but the guy taking our order had no idea because he had not been told, also he had no idea what came on the salad. and then I got it and it only had egg and cheese on it, nothing else. I feel like they pulled the salad before the preppers were done making it. The quality of the food was fine, but the lack of communication just put a lack of quality into the experience. Also waited way too long for what we got because they were tending to drive thru orders first and getting to the dine in after.

Ordered a baconator off DoorDash paid $20+ for it. Got my food and they just put a random hamburger in my bag. Called the store and they wanted me to come get it when I’m at work and can’t, you know the reason I DoorDashed in the first place. 0/10 don’t not recommend. The service is bad in person as well as online, and has been for awhile.

That new frosty swirl they charged me 3.69 for was soupy and nowhere near worth it and when I let them know I was mocked because I drink half of it trying to enjoy it, but I was mostly just aggravated with it. I didn’t ask for my money back or anything. I was just letting them know how horribly disappointed I was. I slurped it half down because I paid for it.
