1. The girl in front with what looks to be an ankle monitor is very inappropriate and her attitude is very poor
2. The workers in the kitchen give people ugly looks a heavy set girl with what looked to be a cloth face mask using it as a hair net
3 food is over cooked and coleslaw is very soupy

We went thru the drive thru tonight they took our orde. My son asked two different times to go big on his order. They charged us for it but did not give it to home and when he told the girls at the window they both had an attitude. Terrible customer service. Rolled eyes took the bag back and acted like we were the problem for wanting what we ordered. Opened the window and stuck her arm out eith the bag with her back turned. No apology, no thank you, nothing!! And the manager was right there!

Zaxby’s is wonderful. They were so friendly and and heartwarming. I’ve never been here before, and they helped me decide by giving me a lot of suggestions, and I will say, they did not disappoint.
