I ordered from the app and when I arrived 3 minutes later, not only was my food ready but was also fresh and delicious. The other Arby’s near me never provided such good service. Kudos!
Was so you excited to try fried mac n cheese bites - But today when I tried them almost broke my tooth they were burnt and hard as a rock. Staff had to notice they were cooked to long.

Absolute horrible service and not worth it. I ordered on the app and went in to pick it up. I should mention I wanted a side of cheese but not offered on the app. It said to expect it to be ready at 12:45 so I went in at that time. At no point was I greeted and I watched them with their back to me the whole time. I saw them pack my order and eventually take it off the screen. The lack of organization was ridiculous. At this point it was 12:55 and when I saw it done I asked for help. The woman couldn’t find my order but I walked her through it (where it was, what screen it was on etc). When she finally found it she had the gall to finally turn around and say “your order has been ready and waiting for you”….what? I watched it the whole time. Lastly, I told the woman I wanted a couple sides of cheese and I couldn’t order it on the app. Instead of offering it, she blamed it on the app and corporate. I offered to purchase it and she said $.80 and pointed for me to get in line. Are you kidding me? She saw the line (a bus full of 25 seniors had flooded the line) and made no attempt to make it right. Great service….lose a customer for $1.60 instead of making it right and blaming corporate.
