I had a wonderful experience at Arby's! IOrdered the classic Beef 'n Cheddar meal, and it was absolutely delicious — the flavors were perfect, and the portion was generous. The Dr. Pepper was extra crispy and refreshing, just the way I like it. The service was quick and friendly, making my visit even better. Overall, Arby's is a great choice for tasty, satisfying meals with excellent drinks. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back!

Service was great, poor choice in selection on my part, should have gone with my go to gyro... but got the Philly cheese instead. Not as tasty as I expected. Propaganda for yal, if you like just meat and cheese, then the Philly is you ticket. No onion, no green peppers, just meat... and cheese

This Arby's has gone down hill bad. I get to the drive thru. My order is taken quick. Paid at the window was quick got my drink. Was told to pull up no problem. Mind you im on my lunch break. Get my food get back to work. Got a crinkle fry instead of curly and I told them curly and my receipt says curly. My sandwich had barley any sauce on it can't even taste the sauce and everything is cold. I won't be coming back.

I went to the drive-thru I ordered. I asked do you have any fresh curly fries the reply was yes. I was told to pull around. I got to the window I paid and then the manager so he called himself said pull up and wait for your order it'll be out shortly. So I'm thinking in my mind, that these are fresh and hot curly fries. Put my car in drive drove on around did not leave the parking lot reach my hand in the bag and they were less than lukewarm. So I went back around to the drive-thru window and I asked for my money back and that's when the fiasco started. This person that called himself a manager I'm not sure could be could not be had an attitude about giving me my refund he asked for the card back I replied the card is unloadable you can't load some of these cards so I gave the card back to him and he gave me a receipt stating that it was put back on my card I called the bank as to where this card comes from. And it's not on there. I would like to also stress the fact that Arby's would be a place where they lie about weather their food is freshly cooked or not. Just face it just face it sometimes it would be better if the restaurant would be made to order instead of leaving on food and trying to get rid of it by somebody like me whom will not put up with that at all 100% be audacity to have somebody to think that it is freshly cooked food have them to drive up and wait on the side as if some food is cooking and only to receive the food and it is less than lukewarm in other words it was cold. It is a shame but I guess you get what you pay for I guess.
