I like the (3) favor Banana Split with all the of the toppings, but everytime I come they never have Banana's ? or all of the toppings. I realize this Baskin-Robbins is a smaller store than the one I'm accustomed to that has more ice cream favors, an toppings to choose from. But I will say this, they are a whole lot better than Dairy Queen.

I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and stood back and watched as the young lady found a rotten banana and tried cutting off the rot and put the remaining in my smoothieWHO WANTS ROTTEN FRUIT????You guys really need an over hauling of staff… they are unhappy and it showsThey don’t greet you or anythingHad to come back and edit my Review…They don’t deserve 1 star but I had to…I went back hoping to get a better experience but the girls taking my order were busy picking something out of the others hair with an ice cream cone in her hand! This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!Just nasty, customer service is terrible and its a shame… Baskin-Robbins used to be better!!!

Ignored totally by staff. So, just to see, I waited through a little shy of 10 mins before I spoke up to ask when we would be acknowledged by someone of the staff & asked for the manager on duty.Oh, surprise of surprises, she was also one who kept walking by and ignoring the only customers in the store. Then, she(the manager), along with other members of the staff started shooting dirty looks about the fact I even spoke up.One e member of the staff finally helped & did a good job. But very other member of the team just kept standing around. The young man who helped me, was the only one that seemed to be about doing a good job. Even at that, he was helping me once the so-called manager pulled him off the task she had him working on & told him to help me. (While she was chummy & letting the rest of the staff be as ineffectual as her.) The staff member who helped seemed to be the new member who was being given the work, while everyone else was being allowed to do ( or not do) whatever they wanted.Thus seems to be a trend in more & more Dunkin'/Baskin locations. (...and in just about every other restaurant in Villa Rica.)

I walked in, waited several minutes to be acknowledged and NO ONE greeted us and there were at least 4 females working. They completely ignored us and we decided not to patronize this location. I guess, they've never seen black people before.
