Food was good, service was good expect when they didn’t give us our extra dipping sauce the girl behind the counter said “Well I know the guy who checked you out and if you had asked for it then it would be on your receipt” Excuse me !?! Very disrespectful.

It was freezer cold in the restaurant. The windows were fogged over. The music was so loud we just ate in silence! The tea was empty, the drink fountain was dirty. Our food was cold before we made it to our table. The “peach cobbler “ was simply a biscuit with peach jelly on it. We got there and were made to wait because she decided to serve drive through customers first. The customers were driving up after we’d stood there for 5 minutes. WE WERE THERE FIRST!!! There was black mold on the ceiling in the dining room. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!! Bojangles, you should be ashamed!!!

Absolutely terrible, ordered peach cobbler and waited 40 minutes behind only 3 cars only for them to ask me what I ordered and said they had to make some it would be 15 more minutes. Need new help in there they don’t not know what the hell there doing.

came to Bojangles for my lunch break when i got there they were out of chicken and there was a huge roach on the floor where you stand in line at first i thought it was dead laying on it back till it started kicking its legs i immediately left

The biscuits were absolutely delicious and the associates were friendly. The only problem was that like most places now they have a shortage of help. So the other customers that don’t understand this were causing issues but considering it was a Saturday morning and they had 3 people working I say the only problem was with the customers so overall great place only need more help

Working in customer service is not a hard. Treat others the way you want to be treated. If I’m paying my money, there should be no issues with getting what’s asked for. It took you three times and the third it was still not edible. You are getting paid to service customers with your best not how you are feeling. Sadly to say, it will be a long time before I visit another Bojangles!!!

Food was overcooked. Staff had an attitude when returned. Waited and got a second order cold. More extreme attitude when I asked for a refund. They stated they do not give refunds and that they had no one there in management. 53 minutes later still waiting they decided to give me a refund and the staff acted like it was my issue that I would not accept bad food. This is the wurst food experience I have had in 15 years!!

I'm sure this was a one time incident...i ordered online just fine. Once i arrived i was informed what i could have and what was not available. No chicken was on display for walk in customers at just b4 8p. I ordered all dark meat and got a mix.
