Ordered a chicken sandwich from drive thru window face to face (was never acknowledged at the speaker for some reason). After I drove away, I realized I was given a dry and smushed chicken biscuit that tasted like it was 6 hours old at least. Only 1 item in my order and they got it wrong. After one bite I threw it away, and now I know why the health department score was only 83. I won't be back.

Bad food bad service and bad atmosphere. Just shameful all the way around. Since it’s always empty here I decided to go get something to eat. The kids they hire are the shameful part. They don’t care! One was telling anyone who would listen she was about to clock out. One was just walking around in circles like she didn’t apply and get hired to work here. The poor manager had to BEG them to get my order made. Clean house. Then maybe business will boom the way it used too.

Fast and friendly service. The biscuits were amazing.
Had to wait on chicken because it was cooking but by the time I received it the chicken was almost room temperature and my dirty rice was so over cooked I thought it was going to cut my gums. Ordered. Pepsi and received sweet tea. I hate sweet tea. Clearly they are telling me to never come back baised on there service and quality of food

Terrible. Absolutely terrible!!!! Ordered a sandwich and some large sides to go, including dirty rice. They told me it would take 25 minutes for the dirty rice. Why??? I politely told them I would wait. 30 minutes later they give me my bag of food. No apology. When I got home and took everything out of the bag ... no dirty rice!!!!! I honestly think they did this on purpose. Even worse, I emailed the corporate office and they told me they wouldn't help me because I didn't order online!??!!? Terrible, terrible company. STAY AWAY!!!!
