This Burger King is the worst. Honestly what restaurant in Villa Rica isn't anymore. No one wants to work. Arguing and bickering back and forth. They are out of chicken fries and wanted me to do my own refund on the app or website (which isn't even possible). This place is a joke.

Horrible experience at the Burger King in Villa Rica. Was called a Vagrant by the manager after I complained about some bread being really hard after my previous visit. I was a regular at this place and didn’t have my receipt because when I paid, the cashier asked if I wanted it or not. I didn’t have issues before so I didn’t ask for it. The cashier even told the manager I was there often and I was hoping them recognizing me being a regular would have been enough for them to at least accommodate me for a $3 dollar burger or an apology and the manager said no because he gets vagrants all the time coming in saying the same thing with no receipt. So I asked him if I was a vagrant and he didn’t respond well. Told them that would be the last time they see me. Just terrible.

Burger King sends me a receipt.
When to drive thru, no order !
Cashier says get out of line.
Call credit card company to dispute charge.
Call store to speak with manager, no help.
Ask to speak to owner told he would not be in until next day, ask to leave my name number so they could call me back, he said no and hung up.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! My BF and I stopped her 11/14/2024 we asked for fresh food..They said the food just came up, which was a lie.. We both got sick after eating the food!! Food poisoning!! My chicken sandwich was barely warm and they said it was cooked fresh.. I had a bad after taste.. I have never experienced that after eating a chicken sandwich.. DO BETTER!!

I've been here a couple of times this month, and they are fast and polite. The place is clean. They play some soft jazz music. The mgr is involved and on top of everything. It appears he runs tight ship. A cut above your regular fast food joint.

The manager is not very nice he would not give us 5 in done crowns and he said he was rationing them and he did see me when he said that I even asked for the Addams family toys and he said they sold out of them but it’s funny how he said he was rationing the crowns so I Guarantee that he is keeping the toys so you can put them on e
