I spent the worse 24.00 my food was horrible. Fish was too salty. Mac/cheese was nasty. The only thing l enjoyed was the slaw. Door dashed this order.

Not sure what was wrong with the Captian tonight but I made a order for pick up. They missed a whole meal and when I called to get my meal they filled it with no problem but it was cold when I got there. You had one job! Do better. Thanks.

I had to write this review my daughter and I went thru the drive thru customer service is everything to me I am super Big on customer service because I work with the state of Georgia and service the individuals in my community.Pulled up in the drive to the speaker we waited for 10 mins and finally a young lady spoke she was so rude like you could feel her attitude and vibes thru the speaker! I immediately drove around and got out to see who this was standing in the drive thru. I am a African American woman so when I say this no offense but it was a young African American young girl body language was horrible attitude was horrible she, she was rude slinging food in bags and face expression was horrible people were coming in with orders wrong! Let me be the first to say if a manager will not lil girl your personal problems at the door before you bring your ass to the window because your attitude STINKS, so glad the young white man was at the front cash register with a beautiful smile pleasant attitude and he saved your black ass trust me! Because I definitely wanted to say something to your lil ignorant ass! And also when you all are serving the food in the back we can see you all CLEAN UP THE BOTTOM WHERE THE FOOD IS SITTING ON THE WARMER FOOD PRESENTATION IS EVERYTHING! Thank you

Check your food before you leave..charged me for a deluxe seafood platter and gave me a 3 piece fish. Of course I'm 20mins away...you have 1 job...1....I was the only one in line
My boyfriend said his food was good but he will eat anything. Tbh my shrimp tastes like it’s not clean and it’s soggy. Probably won’t be visiting this location again. The cashier wasn’t too happy either. Got my hopes up for soggy shrimp I guess? I don’t recommend.

I’ve been to this Captain Ds for many years. 9/10 times, the food is great and the wait is quick. Every now and then, the food isn’t as good and the line takes a bit longer, but I’d say it’s a solid Captain Ds overall. I’ve never had bad service there, and the cashiers have always been kind, quick, and patient.
