Ever since they have opened, they have NOT been good. They never have my dressing for my salad. I went in today with my daughter and they were out of rice, out of steak and had intention on making more. I will just have to go to a different one from now on

I had an order placed through Uber Eats for a kid taco meal..It was to include steak, rice and cheese. It was delivered with only cheese and 2 taco shells. So DISAPPOINTING AND RUDE!!! So, no one is checking the container before it is closed?????? If the container was lightweight to me, it should've been lightweight to staff as well 😕 Too bad I can't upload the photo of the item delivered.....

This Chipotle location is beyond frustrating. The staff is extremely unhelpful, and they’re ALWAYS out of something. One day it’s no chips, the next day no honey vinaigrette, and then the next it’s something else entirely. It’s ridiculous how inconsistent they are. I absolutely hate that this is the closest location to me, because I’d honestly rather drive all the way to Douglasville just to get a complete order.
And don’t even get me started on trying to reach customer service — it’s a nightmare. Being forced to deal with an AI bot that runs you in circles before you can talk to a real person is completely unacceptable. This location is unprofessional, poorly managed, and just flat-out disappointing.

I ordered Yesterday threw door dash ,, this place is so degusting I can even speak the words for it,,,On top of forgetting something I paid for.. I also called the store they didn't even wanted to fix this problem, The 4 spoons I ate made me sick after wards I wasn't feeling well for some reason. I would never ever eat here again

Food is always good. We eat here all the time. Just really wish they gave out a little bit better portions. They really do skimp out on portions and I don’t feel like paying an arm and a leg for a little bit extra. Other than that, no complaints. It won’t hurt y’all to put a little bit more in there!

Five star everything because the service is always great. The staff is always phenomenal and they make sure you’re in and out and they take really good care of you. Customer service is superb will always visit whenever we’re in Villa Rica. Big thanks to Carey and Mason
I went there this past Sunday to grab dinner around 7PM. Honestly, I couldn't help but feel bad for the employees that were severely understaffed. It was rough to see the line almost reach the door and a line person handling both orders and cash while another one juggled between the line and cutting proteins. Luckily, I placed an online order and the gentleman was kind and made sure to let me know there is a slight wait. The wait times had gotten so bad that half the line left. From what I see, this is a fairly new location. Please focus on making sure you are properly staffed before trying to squeeze the place for profit. You could've made more money if there had been enough staff in the line to push them out the door. Additionally, you are running your employees down and killing their morale.
