The drive thru service was excellent! I ordered the Alaskan Fish Sandwich! It was pretty good. They made sure all the sauces were in the bag. The fries were alright. They were old fries mixed with new fries. Overall a good experience!

Edwin waited on my family today at the Villa Rica store and he was very friendly and helpful. He brought our food to the table, he checked on me to make sure I had everything for my grandchildren and went ahead and got orders for ice cream for take home. Not often u see a young people with a servant attitude. He's parents did a great job. Dairy Queen is lucky to have him. My family will definitely be back. Thank u Edwin!!!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. OVER CHARGE MY ICE CREAM , DIDN'T GIVE ME THE CORRECT SENIOR DISCOUNT. SHE WAS VERY RUDE, LOUD AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE LIED TO US.SHE ARGUED WITH MY HUSBAND AND ME, ALSO WITH HER COWORKER. SHE DOESN'T DESERVE TO WORK WITH THE CUSTOMERS. WE ARE REGULAR CUSTOMERS AT THE DAIRY QUEEN. FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE WITH A EMPLOYEE THERE.
