Mahi was more than dry with ZERO flavor. I didn't say anything at the time but went back the next day to just FYI the management the issue. I even stated "I just want you to know", his responses was Mahi is a dry fish and you should have ordered another kind of fish. There wasn't a thanks, I'll talk to the chief, nothing. poor management. It also took 1.5 hrs to get our sub par food. Never will I eat there again on the basis of the management response.

Know that you need a reservation just to get into the “gated community”. You cannot just go eat here. The people at the gate were extremely rude. Bad for being a regular bar and grill that they can’t even accept customers

I was hired for the fryer station in the kitchen. Worked here for 2 weeks. FYI if you are allergic to shell fish DO NOT order ANY fried food. As the fry everything (fries,shrimp, calamari, tater tots, etc) all in the same fryers.ALSO the fresh shrimp is kept out in a open cooler all day from open to close. 2 times I temped the shrimp and it came back at 63 degrees and 42 degrees. BaD food handling procedures.ANOTHER FUN FACT - they leave ALL meat out at room temperature all night. Chicken, taco meat, bacon, rice. All of which these items are cooked and left out all night until next business day.There are two Spanish ladies that work in the back. They work open to close 7 days a week. (This is not a joke) and they are not very inviting to new staff. If you don't do things their exact way they will yell at you in Spanish.The guy that leases this restaurant from the plantation. (Fede) seems to not care what happens in the kitchen. The turn over rate for the kitchen staff is very high (besides to the Spanish ladies working 77 hours a week). FYI he also leases the restaurant at the golf course in the plantation. I an not sure if the procedures are the same for that location but may be similar as this is his business style.BE CAUTIOUS ⚠️ when eating here to not get sick if you are not to have certain foods.Just an FYI I come from 5 years experience at McDonald's and 5 years at subway. Food handling procedures are nothing new to me and this is a huge red flag. Just be safe when eating here.

Sports bar vibe. Limited menu. I wish they offered vegan options. Enclosed patio with a great view since the restaurant is lakeside. Located in a secured community so I am not sure if anyone can come in. I reside in the community. Good adult beverages.Vegetarian options: You can make a dish be vegetarian.Parking: Lots of free parking.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly in the daytime moreso than in the evening.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is there.

Been here 3 times and haven't been disappointed! I have only eaten the Cuban sandwich everytime and we had the Buffalo chicken dip. The Cuban sandwich is pretty close to authentic, I am originally from Tampa and it reminds me of home!
Stayed locally and tried this 3 times while on vacation. Server worked her but off and was awesome. We sat inside and outside good atmosphere and view. Food good, key lime pie was best ever.

The food is mediocre. Most everything is frozen and heated and very little is fresh. The pizza is convenience store quality at best. There are no indoor restrooms, so you have to walk outside to get to them. The view of the lake is nice, and the drinks are decent, but that's about all it has going for it. If you go to the marina, keep your expectations low, and you won't be disappointed.
