I stop by this Dunkin’ regularly when I need my coffee fix, and overall, it’s a reliable spot. The coffee is consistent—hot, fresh, and exactly how I like it. They have a good variety of drinks, from classic coffee and lattes to seasonal flavors, which keeps things interesting. The drive-thru is usually quick, which is great when I’m on the go.
The staff here are generally friendly and efficient, making the experience smooth. The shop itself is clean and well-kept, which adds to the positive vibe.
On the downside, sometimes the inside seating area feels cramped, and during peak morning hours, the drive-thru line can get a little long. I’ve had a couple of times when my order was mixed up, but it was usually fixed quickly.
All in all, it’s a solid place to grab a coffee or breakfast treat when you’re in Villa Rica.

They give you so little actual product at this location. They fill the iced beverages to the top (above the ice line) leaving little room for product. This is what I got after requesting ‘Less Ice.” I literally had the beverage finished before I was out of the parking lot. Oh, and they need to fix the pot hole in the drive thru.

The absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts I ever experienced. I know racism is a strong word to use, but that’s the experience I feel like I’m having every time I walk into this place . Stood in line for like almost 20mins with like 5 other Caucasians waiting in line behind me. Somehow each and every person ahead of me and behind me ended up getting their order before me . I will never support this Dunkin’ Donuts ever again. Oh yea please get some diversity with hiring your employees.

I’ve given this Dunkin’ multiple chances over the past few months, and unfortunately, the experience continues to disappoint. Every time I visit, the staff is consistently rude, the simplest orders are wrong, and the wait time for something as basic as a coffee is completely unreasonable. I understand things can get busy, but the lack of professionalism and care at this location is unacceptable. I won’t be returning until there’s a serious improvement in customer service and efficiency.

The lobby is always clean and the service is usually fast and friendly. I’m not a fan of their donuts, but I enjoy their coffee. I’ve had this store give me the wrong order but they were always apologetic and quick to fix the problem. I respect that.

It’s weird that certain Dunkins consistently make good coffee. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. I always get the same coffee (caramel macchiato) at any Dunkin I visit. I normally go to the one in Mirror Lake. It’s newer, but their coffee is consistent. This coffee at this location tastes like milk and no coffee. Four thumbs down. I just threw it out because it’s not worth drinking.

This place does not even deserve 1 star! Waiting in the empty drive thru for over 15 minutes for 4 milk shakes just for them to taste like a thicker version of chocolate milk!! When ordering, the female taking the order said “damn” after the 3rd shake was ordered. When pulling around to the window the female making the shakes takes her phone out of her back pocket while snapping a lid on one of our shakes. So not only are they rude to customers, they are nasty and definitely do not following any sanitation standards.

I went to dunkin on 2/15, I ordered a frozen carmel coffee and scanned my free coffee or cold brew that I had got for how many points I had. The worker said “it must not apply for that” so it wasn’t free and it took all of my points, she didn’t offer me a free drink after using my free drink or a way to get my points back since it didn’t work. Then today 2/16, my boyfriend got me my coffee and he read off of my text “medium frozen carmel coffee” and they gave him the wrong drink, a butter pecan iced drink. Dunkin has gone down hill in the past week.
