A huge shoutout to Carlos' Catering for absolutely knocking it out of the park at the Carroll County Council on Aging’s inaugural Crisis Intervention Training event for our incredible first responders! Feeding a room full of hungry heroes is no small task, but Carlos and his team delivered flawlessly, serving up a feast that had everyone raving.
From the perfectly seasoned wings, shrimp, and crispy fish lunches to the seamless service, every detail was top-notch. The event, hosted at the beautiful Birches on Maple, was made even better with food that was not just delicious but made with heart—exactly what our first responders deserve. It's safe to say that no one left hungry, and everyone left happy!

The food was great but the two things i wanted (banana pudding and chicken and waffles) were both out and thet couldn’t even do chicken tenders on the waffles.

I was in the mood for trying a restaurant I have never tried before. There I was recommended to go to this spot, and for some reason this used to be a former Burger King 🍔 before it moved beside in 2022. Not sure why it had to move but I am glad this restaurant exists in Carrollton. The minute we came to this location was when our server got with us right away. I couldn't get her name but she was a very nice waitress and was very attentive during our order. I got the 1/3lb Burger meal that came with fries and a drink. The TVs were on and the choice of channels is amazing too. They also had a DJ going on and that was one of the best aspects or things that contributed to this restaurant very well. The burger was very delicious and tasted freshly made. The fries were golden crisp to perfection and the drink was never watered down. The place only had a couple of customers but this one deserves to be known more. Keep up the great work and whoever the owner is reading this, I hope you're proud that you got me as a customer because of how amazing your food and service is. I will come back eventually!
