We came in around 11:50 the server was Jess, she was awesome!!! So when you come in ask for her. The manger on duty came out and made us feel welcome. We ordered 30 bone in wings they were delicious . This was our second time coming, this time our experience was 5 -stars

We had a sweet waitress named Maddison who took great care of us and got our order perfect. The manager also checked on us multiple times. Our food was hot and tasted great! We also got their root beer float and it was delightful.

The wings were dry, but otherwise ok. The bartender added %20 gratuity to the bill and didn't say anything and gave me a credit slip to sign with a place to add a tip. Trying to get tipped twice. This was for a take out order. I found that to be dishonest and I won't be going back.

Came in on a Wednesday evening and waited almost 40 minutes for a flaming hot burger and lukewarm tater tots. Couple came in 20 minutes after I ordered and got their food 1 minute after me. Wasn’t crowded, but was very slow. Server was nice that’s the only reason I’m leaving stars.

We are visiting the area and was referred to go to Jefferson's for the wings. From the beginning we were greeted and seated quickly. Our waitress Skylar was wonderful, a keeper. She was attentive, answered questions, and was a continued presence throughout time there. It was even nice that the restaurant manager Crystal made time to visit our table, to check on us. That is how a manager should be at a restaurant, engaging. Don't lose thar quality. I know our next visit back to UWG, we will come back to Jefferson's.
