Food came out cold, had to ask for silverware and the waitress brought it out bare hands. Please don’t take my cup to refill just bring out another one. You only need to fool me once. That other 2 star review was the same experience.

My takeout order was nasty . Not 15$ worth of fries. Way too much bacon more bacon than cheese. Not enough fries and they were old. I know after being in the restaurant industry for over 20 years . Nasty 🤮

When you show up as a party of 1 and the hostess tells you you can just sit at the bar.....it comes across as rude. If i wanted to sit at the bar, I would have just gone to a bar. Can a party of 1 not get table service? I would understand if the restaurant was busy but there had to be at least 10 tables open. To top it off, my order was prepared incorrectly. First time customer and was really hoping for a better experience.

The absolute worst experience The servers are disrespectful and rude The food is definitely mediocre for the price The staff can't keep their hands off each other enough to wait on customers This place needs to be shut down third time me trying to come in here.. I mean who's the owners of this place do they not know everybody in Villa Rica talk s*** about this place because the staff is so bad???? Literally everybody I talk to tells me to go to the one in Carrollton that's sad I'd have to drive 30 minutes away come on people do better.

Jefferson’s has never been one of my favorite restaurants. Today there was a new low. The one in Villa Rica was out of tortillas and could not make what my wife wanted. They were out of pretzels bites that other people in the party wanted. It was just not a good experience.

This location is the worst! As a broker who travels frequently, I live about 45 minutes away, and every time I stop here, the service is terrible. It feels like the staff is more interested in socializing than serving customers. The boneless wings have always been tough, so I decided to try something else. We waited a long time for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. I noticed some workers were more focused on playing around and joking with each other than attending to customers. I plan to call the health departments tomorrow regarding an incident involving the employees sitting around playing with each other's hair. This situation has been documented, and you can easily check the cameras. I’ve talked to several others who have had similar experiences. I usually don’t voice complaints, but this has happened multiple times now.

Ordered double dips online and when I got them home I thought I was being pranked, calling 10 of the 20 wings mini wings would be generous. Drove back to the location and manager stated that is how the shipment came. How these made it out of the kitchen shows serious lack of quality control. To add insult to it all because it was an online order we have to go through corporate to get a refund.

Very disappointed. It was our first time there. I ordered the double cheese burger. It came out very burnt and overcooked. Our waitress told the manager, and he ignored us. The waitress had them remake the burger. It came out overcooked and very dry. I ate about 2 bites and threw the rest away. The pictures they post on Facebook look nothing like the actual product. The fact that the manager never came over after being told we had an issue just shows they don't care. We were hoping this would be a good place to eat. We'll it's not.

Took a really long time to get our food, so long I wanted to leave. My fries were cold, if I knew that I would've ordered a different side because everyone knows cold fries are hard and gross. At least the waitress kept a check on our drinks.

Food takes forever to come out (>30 mins) even when the restaurant isn't particularly busy. It didn't used to be this way so I'm not sure what's going on but I'll definitely be taking a break from this location for awhile unfortunately.

We love coming here but lately placing to go orders at the bar have been an hour or more wait when told a max of 20 minute wait. Tonight we were told a max of 20 min in an empty restaurant and it took a hour. The bartender tonight was also talk about guests and how much they were complaining about not getting their food at the bar because of an MIA server to friends in front of bar guests which is not all that professional. We’ve tried placing an order on the phone only to be hung up on and walk in to see a bartender flirting with one specific customer and ignoring all bar patrons.

Cheese fries should have melted cheese, we asked for these to be remade and they came out a second time like this, our server dropped the food off and ran before asking us if we needed anything, seems like she knew something was up. Idk if you pay $12 for cheese fries they should be good
