I'd like to share my experience at this KFC. I was just coming back from a viewing where we were going to bury my mother in the morning. It was very long day for all of us so I decided to stop into this KFC to get us a couple buckets of chicken and some sides I went inside went to place. My order was a little leery about putting my order in because of the amount of trash and Coke stuck to the floor if in front of the crash registers. But I went ahead against my better judgment and ordered takeout. My aunt who is 83 was with me at the time. We ordered a couple buckets of chicken with sides told it was $42 and change which we paid and we sat in there and waited and waited and waited 30 minutes passed and I went up to the register and asked hey where's my chicken and they said oh I'm sorry we're not cooking chicken. I said butcher KFC. Yeah we don't have anybody to run the fryer so we're not cooking chicken today I said okay. Well I need my $42 refund back. I'm sorry we don't give refunds so not only did I not get chicken I did not get a refund and because I paid on cash I couldn't cancel my credit card so they literally stole $42 and some change. So I said I was going to call the police. The manager laughed at me and said go ahead here. I'll help you and she dialed for me. I talked to a police officer. He told me this was a civil matter. It happened all the time and these people regularly steal people's cash when they pay cash at the register and don't cook chicken for him. Biggest rip-off KFC should be ashamed. I did report it to KFC and they sent me some vouchers for my next visit to KFC which I will never ever ever go to a KFC, Taco Bell or anything in their chain ever again as long as I live

I am completely disappointed. I ordered a meal for each of my kids via an online app. I drove to the location to pickup the items I ordered. I arrived just before nine pm to the drive through order menu. I let the person know that I was there for the online order. They asked me to come inside. I asked if it was necessary to come inside as I was not dressed to come in. They said if I didn’t want to wait in the already long line, I would need to come inside. I told them I absolutely did not mind the wait and pulled forward. After fifteen minutes I reached the pick up window where I kindly advised that I was there for the online order. I was yelled at to come inside to get my items. I explained for a second time that I could not come inside. I was simply trying to pick my kids up something to eat for dinner. I was wearing pajamas and house shoes. The whole point of the online order was for convenience. I was called an n word and they refused to prepare my order. They told me I would not get food whether I came in or not at this point and I would need to cancel it. I got back into the website that I originally placed my order where I got a message that read the order was already accepted by the restaurant and I could cancel but I would not receive a refund. The cashier called the police to be dispatched to the location and continued to try to escalate the situation. Until the officer finally arrived another ten minutes later.

Ive been coming here on and off since the 2000s and the only thing I can say is that they are consistent over the years and taking an extremely long time (i waited over 30 minutes after my mobile order time) and with inconsistent order mistakes. The establishment is also very run-down and "ghetto" for lack of a better word. Avoid at all cost.

Went through the drive-thru this evening at 10:35pm. As we begin to order we are told we can only order 3 items due to being short staffed. We were the only vehicle in the drive-thru, there were 2 employees inside and 2 at the back door near the menu board, both wearing headsets as well and one was sitting on the ground rolling a blunt. I can definitely know this bc I once smoked the bud as well. Just an overall shitty experience, especially for a couple who had been traveling all day and finally got a chance to stop and eat.

I made an order online came to pick up my order they tell me they handed out my order I had the order number and everything and they told me if someone comes inside of there and say it’s there order then they give it to them they don’t have to show proof or anything and instead of remaking my order they tell me they can’t make the order again I have to call customer service to get my money back and if I wanted my order I would have to pay again TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE my order should’ve been remade ! Everyone on shift had shitty attitudes I asked for a manager she told me she was the manager on shift her name was TAI TERRIBLE MANAGER !! She was talking to me with her hands rolling her eyes etc . I’d never eat here or anything if I was anyone !

The entire staff needs an overhaul. No enthusiasm, a non caring attitude, slide around rather drags from one are to another. Someone had placed an order and it was brought out. sit there for 10 minutes. customer had to inquire if it was theirs. cashier needed change and the l guess manager shuffled around while customers waited 10 minutes. I stopped going for about 2 years now I know why. most times no chicken is ready. wait in excess of 20 minutes. dump this place.

I placed an online order at the Villa Rica location. The receipt stated checked and rechecked for accuracy. How can you not know 3 pieces of chicken does not equal 7. I ordered a 2 piece and a 5 piece. Why did I get a 3 piece. I went to this location which is out of my way because of the incompetent folks at the Douglasville location only to receive the same service. I went back to the location because they don’t/didn’t answer their phone. I got no apology from 3 different people- … not a care in the world that I wasted 80 minutes of my day going back and forth because someone couldn’t do their job correctly. If you don’t want to work QUIT. The order was documented and printed correctly - so what’s/ who’s the problem???? I’ll wait.

Their coleslaw is a big mess now. I haven't been to KFC for many years, I was craving for their coleslaw and decided to stop by. I used to enjoy their creamy coleslaw a lot while I was in Pennsylvania and New Jersey but this one is a BIG NO! Their service too is a mess! I paid for a big plate coleslaw, the guy that took my order even described the size of the big plate for me and I said yes that is what I want only for them to pack small coleslaw and small Mac n cheese for me. I asked why and they said that is what I paid for else I will pay again to get a bigger plate.
