Found everything i wanted
3 times in the past few months I ordered from the app on my way home from work around 7p.m.and all 3 times the lobby is closed. The drive thru wait times were over 30 mins each time. The sign on the door says the lobby is open till 10p.m. Also the employees have been rude each time and have messed up my order twice. I won't be coming back here

I orderd online a 16pc crispy chicken I got original an when I told them it was original they told me it was an the 3pc dinner was burned i realized it was Christmas eve but I orderd online this is totally unexpected I will be calling the store to talk to the manager Friday 12 /26 this order is below eatable the chicken is grease an soggy an not even what I ordered

Horrible, just Horrible. I sat in the drive thru for literally 37 minutes to get a couple of soft tacos, Got to the window and (surprise) they left out the the cinnamon twist so I got them and asked for the manager, Not rude but I ask why 37mins wait and still didn't get the order wrong. She said they only had one cook. Ok ok. So today I came back because my girlfriend wanted a potpie, I waited 15mins JUST to get to the speaker and the person in a smartass tone said it would be a 25min wait on potpies. Lol It's the big thing that they're pushing right now but yet you have to wait literally 35 minutes or more to get it. These are the people that are asking for like $25 a hour and are rude, can't get a simple 6 item order correct? This place needs a revamp asap

I got to the drive through at 10:25 pm i asked for a 12 piece wings, an order of wedges, and a coke. The lady said they didn't have any wings ready. I said I know everywhere cooks them to order, I have to wait on them every time I order them. She came back and said sorry we're closed. I said you wasn't closed 2 seconds ago. She we're closed now come back another day. Google said they're open till 1am. I went next door to Krystal and got wings. I watched multiple cars go through the drive through while I was getting my wings from Krystal. Whoever owns this place really needs to fire some lazy employees.

The guy in the drive thru tonight was just awful. He didn’t respond when I was done placing my order so I had no idea if he got it or not. Also when I came around he was just in the window throwing up gang signs and seems like he had no care in the world . Just someone who should be in the kitchen not dealing with guest .

I'd like to share my experience at this KFC. I was just coming back from a viewing where we were going to bury my mother in the morning. It was very long day for all of us so I decided to stop into this KFC to get us a couple buckets of chicken and some sides I went inside went to place. My order was a little leery about putting my order in because of the amount of trash and Coke stuck to the floor if in front of the crash registers. But I went ahead against my better judgment and ordered takeout. My aunt who is 83 was with me at the time. We ordered a couple buckets of chicken with sides told it was $42 and change which we paid and we sat in there and waited and waited and waited 30 minutes passed and I went up to the register and asked hey where's my chicken and they said oh I'm sorry we're not cooking chicken. I said butcher KFC. Yeah we don't have anybody to run the fryer so we're not cooking chicken today I said okay. Well I need my $42 refund back. I'm sorry we don't give refunds so not only did I not get chicken I did not get a refund and because I paid on cash I couldn't cancel my credit card so they literally stole $42 and some change. So I said I was going to call the police. The manager laughed at me and said go ahead here. I'll help you and she dialed for me. I talked to a police officer. He told me this was a civil matter. It happened all the time and these people regularly steal people's cash when they pay cash at the register and don't cook chicken for him. Biggest rip-off KFC should be ashamed. I did report it to KFC and they sent me some vouchers for my next visit to KFC which I will never ever ever go to a KFC, Taco Bell or anything in their chain ever again as long as I live

I am completely disappointed. I ordered a meal for each of my kids via an online app. I drove to the location to pickup the items I ordered. I arrived just before nine pm to the drive through order menu. I let the person know that I was there for the online order. They asked me to come inside. I asked if it was necessary to come inside as I was not dressed to come in. They said if I didn’t want to wait in the already long line, I would need to come inside. I told them I absolutely did not mind the wait and pulled forward. After fifteen minutes I reached the pick up window where I kindly advised that I was there for the online order. I was yelled at to come inside to get my items. I explained for a second time that I could not come inside. I was simply trying to pick my kids up something to eat for dinner. I was wearing pajamas and house shoes. The whole point of the online order was for convenience. I was called an n word and they refused to prepare my order. They told me I would not get food whether I came in or not at this point and I would need to cancel it. I got back into the website that I originally placed my order where I got a message that read the order was already accepted by the restaurant and I could cancel but I would not receive a refund. The cashier called the police to be dispatched to the location and continued to try to escalate the situation. Until the officer finally arrived another ten minutes later.
