I had a fantastic experience at Krystals! The food was delicious—hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The service was quick and friendly, making the whole visit even more enjoyable. I also tried the drive-thru, and it was super smooth and efficient; I was in and out in no time. The staff was very attentive and accommodating, which made the entire experience top-notch. I highly recommend Krystals for anyone looking for great food with excellent service and a convenient drive-thru experience. Definitely a 5-star place in my book!

We didn’t even get food because we waited 20 minutes to get to the drive thru order box. We were then told it would be an extra 10 minutes to order and to park in the parking lot and pull back through!! I have never heard of this and something needs to be done or just close the doors!!!

I, honestly don't know how this place is still open. I went through yesterday and got a 24 pack of burgers and some chili cheese fries and at first they were going to charge me $80 and we ask why so much and they all got really rude and hateful. The manager wasn't helpful at all and the cashier at the window was rude from the moment she opened the window. And when we looked at the burgers some had bacon on them, which would have been fine, if they had cooked the bacon, but it was RAW. If I could give a zero star that is exactly what they would get because that is all they deserve.

We stood at the counter for several minutes until anyone acknowledged us. They wrote our order on a piece of receipt paper. The burgers were dry and the onions were burned and crusty. The tater tots were inedible. They looked like they had been left over and then refried in the fryer. Once our order was ready I had to explain to a new worker what we ordered. Terrible food and terrible experience. We will NEVER go to this location again.

I bought a 12 Krystal combo and that’s 15.99 and they charged me $26.57 with tax . So 12 Krystals cost me $23.09 add cheese $1.74 plus tax. A total of $26.57 The Krystal’s were dried out and the fries were cold. I will not ever eat at Krystal again!! This will result in shutting down the restaurant with bad food, service and being overpriced. My dogs enjoyed them .
No military or senior discounts,who ever the owner is you want your place protected or looked after don't you ,then give a little to get a little .you don't care at all as long as your making money and screw every one else but you .needing remodel your dump and update your store .you staff don't listen to customer older black lady .I ask for extra pickles got a thumb of ,four little pickles . Park lot nasty as hell ,garbage cans full .staff lazy clean up and mop

Back again. 5 cars in front. Still haven't ordered after 15 minutes.. again, things never change.
