The worst Iāve ever tasted!!! I ordered the breakfast plate with bacon, which I guess only comes with a strip of bacon now instead of 2 strips . This plate went into the garbage, because it WAS garbage. Iām not one to leave a review, which speaks volumes to how awful this meal was. Krystalsā¦ you gotta do better than thisā¦

I have never been so disgusted by this villa rica location in the 30 years I have lived here. I spent $40 earlier today for my family on a 24ct with drink and fries 11:11 to be exact. The top layers of sandwiches were fine but the bottom layer of the bag had nothing but days old krystals. The bread was hard and crusty like they have been left out for days; the meat patties were so hard and crumbly, dark and dried out. Disappointed and angry doesn't cover it.

Terrible customer service. Incredibly rude, even when we were being kind and patient. We didnāt hear her when she told us to āhold onā so we continued to order and she raised her voice and repeated herself. Every Krystal we ordered was fully cold, and looked like it had been soaked in water. So soggy. We didnāt eat any of our food, it was that bad. Krystalās is one of our favorite restaurants but this location needs to be closed down.
I was traveling and stopped at this location for the first time today. It has been a while since I have eaten at a Krystal. To start with the cashier, I believe her name was Olivia, was very rude to the customers. I know one man waited 20 minutes for his food and a door dasher had to wait 30 minutes to get his order to deliver. The cashier was blaming everything on a new cook saying they didn't have a clue what they were doing. The food had a good taste but was not hot at all. It took too long to get. I will definitely not be going back to this location again.

Food was good my wife did a mobile order we had 2 different orders I went to pick it up and got home to realize they only gave me one order been trying to call them for two days and can't get anyone on the phone I couldn't go all the way back to villarica considering I live in Bremen I just want the food that we paid for and never got

Saturday, November 2, we went into the restaurant to eat and then noticed people couldn't get in after us. They locked the door we even came in. I finally asked at 4:32 what was going on. A worker said, we have 3 people and are trying to keep people out. Let me mention as well no drinks were available just sweet teat. The ice machine and everything was down. It's sad this place used to be good. We come from Rockmart to eat here once a month.
