Love the pizza but once I see you handed it off to Door Dash, I already know it’s going to be a bad experience🤦🏻♀️. It’s marked “on the way” 1 minute after ordering. It says “delivered” 20-30 minutes before it finally arrives. Cold. Old. Gross. Think I’m just done, which really stinks because again, love the pizza but not worth the DD risk. 🤷🏻♀️
I had a bad experience ordering pizza through them, from preparation to delivery. Had I known before placing my order that they use doordash for delivery I could have saved us all a lot of trouble and taken my business elsewhere.
I been ordering from villa rica area for 6 years always had awesome customer service but tonight i can say this was the worst customer service i ever seen i usually don’t write reviews but this is well needed i do have recording regarding the service which was received and name of everyone involved.
