Noelle was very rude and yelled, but when I got loud back, she got upset. I’ve heard not to eat from this place anyway because it was racist, and I never believed it after talking to her, and she is a manager. She’s very unprofessional, and I would never visit this place again. My daughter a mistake, and didn't show me the other pizza( which was still wrong and nasty ) when I had her call to apologize, Noelle got on the phone, saying that I should not have gotten her to call. ( maybe integrity and accountability was instilled into you would not be rude and disrespectful!!!! I teach my children to own their mistakes. Noelle, you are RUDE and racist. She complained that I kept calling. I kept calling because she kept hanging up on me. If you have poor customer service, you need to find another job.

Honestly love Marcos and never had an issue with this establishment until last night. I found half a tooth in my pizza, never ordering from here again!!!

Last night, Mrs. Lacy took my order, and the service was excellent! I ordered four large pizzas: two chicken and mushroom and two pepperoni. I forgot to mention that I wanted no red sauce on the chicken and mushroom pizza, but when I called back, she corrected my order immediately. The food was fresh and hot! I will definitely order again!

I been ordering from villa rica area for 6 years always had awesome customer service but tonight i can say this was the worst customer service i ever seen i usually don’t write reviews but this is well needed i do have recording regarding the service which was received and name of everyone involved.
