Honestly love Marcos and never had an issue with this establishment until last night. I found half a tooth in my pizza, never ordering from here again!!!

Last night, Mrs. Lacy took my order, and the service was excellent! I ordered four large pizzas: two chicken and mushroom and two pepperoni. I forgot to mention that I wanted no red sauce on the chicken and mushroom pizza, but when I called back, she corrected my order immediately. The food was fresh and hot! I will definitely order again!

I been ordering from villa rica area for 6 years always had awesome customer service but tonight i can say this was the worst customer service i ever seen i usually don’t write reviews but this is well needed i do have recording regarding the service which was received and name of everyone involved.

I have all ways preferred Marcos over any other store that sells pizza. but I had a experience that made me feel like I needed to change stores, we were having a party for my mother for her birthday and when we went to get the pizza they were rude and disrespectful when I didn’t know you don’t take hundreds, I told them I’m sorry that I didn’t know this and I told them I’ll have to go to the atm and they said that they would not allow me to come back and get the pizza and I told them I would have to change stores so I fact I went to the other Marcos location and they were respectful and it was a better experience but it was quite stressful and I know Marcos can do better!!

We stopped here while traveling through. Excellent service and awesome pizza. Another thing that impressed us was when he was ringing up our order and we swiped our card, he skipped the "suggested tip" step. He may be the owner of the place, not sure. It's just good to deal with reasonable folks. Seemed very nice too. The girl that gave us the order was great too. I wish it was near me, I'd definitely go back.
