As with most McDonald’s restaurants, service was terrible. We were traveling and stopped here for breakfast, on the morning of 4-11-24. Customer service was nonexistent from the girl working the counter. She was too busy texting on her phone to say a word. After standing at the counter for several seconds, and while she was still texting, she finally said, can I help you. As the receipt printed, she was too distracted with her phone to hand me the receipt. When she finally comes out with my food, she doesn’t say a word. I say thank you. She still says nothing. I say thank you even louder. She finally says, your welcome, as she’s walking off. Honestly, what has happened to customer service in our society? How do these people get jobs in the costumer service industry? Why does McDonalds struggle so much with customer service? If Chic-fil-A can get it right, why can’t McDonald’s? You’d think I would’ve learned my lesson with McDonald’s by now.

The management and staff at this location are all unprofessional! The manager is absolutely rude and needs to be trained on Customer Service. The young male workers walk around with their pants hanging off their butts and the young female workers are loud and very unkempt. I suggest this location does a better job training their employees. I had to give a 1-star rating just to have the ability to post my review. However, if there was a 0-star rating that is what they would receive.

Awful employees on the night shift. No customer service and act like they are more interested in laughing with their co-workers than being any type of friendly or helpful to the customer. Food is never fresh or even warm. They shut the damn window so fast after almost throwing the food at you.
