The worst Moe's I've ever been to. Literally none of the staff had any idea what they were doing.

I wanna start by saying I love Moe’s , order from here a lot and never had any bad encounters. Now today at 1:00 I placed my order , I left around 1:10 , it was a line when I walked in I get it was busy now what rubbed me the wrong way was it taking 45 min for two small things , ordering online should be a place in line it’s meant to skip them so when I asked the lady said my food is next mind you the line still long , I wait in my car another 15 min go by I ask hey where’s my food ? Like I ordered 40 min ago a short ugly manager I wanna say yells at me across the room like we’re busy basically implying that I wasn’t in the line and they was worrying about the people in line . Very bad business will to corporate on how I was just treated cause I could’ve grabbed her around that counter . It’s all about communication and being nice , a simple omg we were so busy we skipped over you apologetic not met with a nasty attitude. Be better Moe’s your employee should represent you

Got food poisoning on Friday, it’s Wednesday, I’ve called them everyday. They are blowing me off. I’ve reported them to Carrol county public health.

It was my first time to MOES in YEARS. Michael and Vanessa were so kind and sweet, the service was above and beyond. Definitely will be coming back.

Worst dirty ever place . We dine in with my son today 11/26/2025. All tables were filthy . Food give me stomach ache . Food was cold very cold .

Even at the end of the service hours, closing staff is extremely professional and kind. To the 3 gentleman working the night shift, thank you and keep up the great work! Store was clean and everything was stocked.

Food was delicious!! Everything was steaming hot and the staff were very sweet. The salsas were tasty and the dining area was clean. I will most definitely be back!!!

The food was terrible! It tasted days old, we asked for sweet tea at check out and wasn’t told there wasn’t any.
The food made our bellies rumble and unsettled.
Chairs on the tables and felt unwelcomed with that when you train your employees to yell out Welcome To Moe’s!
We won’t be back with that experience!!

Ordered online and was pleasantly taken care of by an employee named Vanessa! She took great care of me and made sure I got what I needed in my order. Excellent customer service!!
