Moe's Southwest Grill

I must express my admiration for the exceptional service I received from the employees upon entering the restaurant. Despite the initial difficulty in making a decision, a young man named Keegan promptly assisted me in selecting an entree. His recommendation of a stack was highly persuasive, and I must say it was one of the finest burritos Thank So I had a photo that would be like I could take a photo of the take a photo of the stack I have ever had from any restaurant I have visited. Keegan’s polite and attentive demeanor made him an exceptional employee. I highly recommend this location and believe that Keegan deserves a well-deserved raise for his exceptional service.

Driving 30+ minutes to get a meal you have been craving, only to be met by rude staff, an empty food bar, and unwillingness from the staff to execute their job and prepare any more food, TWO entire hours before closing time... Makes for the worst Moe's experience I have ever had, will not be returning to this location.

We have seen this so we decided to give it a try. Service was extremely slow and chaotic. Staff does not know how to work as a team and seem to be on a reaction only style work. no prepping was being done no one keeping track of what was running out. Staff spilled chicken in the beans and just fished it out. I even point out to the staff member might want to change those beans thats a llergy risk now. He ignored me. Staff members leaning over others food to rush their order. When asked for grilled onions an peppers and Said I would wait Staff put them on the griddle for about 30 seconds. Not going back at all food was not bad but the service to me is more important.

They give very little quantity everything and have to ask sometimes twice for everything.🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

This used to be the best Moe's around. They are apparently under new management or ownership. Every time I place an online order lately, they get my order wrong. The food is also never ready when we get here 30 minutes after ordering it. Everyone behind the counter is a teenager and most of them are standing around half the time.

Ordered door dash, food was cold. Guacamole was brown and sour as well as the lettuce was wilted. Was not good at all they also forgot my salsa. After spending almost $50, this was a waste of money!!!

I ordered online through the app yesterday around 8:30 I walk in at 8:40 to pick it up and the door is locked i understand that they close at 9 but to have the door locked at 8:40 and the workers in there just looking at me is wild. They unlocked the door and I go to the counter and ask for my pick up order and they haven’t even started it. The boy at the counter starts making 2 nachos I had ordered beef on both but received chicken and was not told or informed giving I was standing right in front of him. Get to the topping me and my boyfriend don’t like the same thing so the toppings of the nachos are different the boy decides to make the nachos the say exact way to where I step in and say that one is not supposed to have pico and onions. I asked him to take the pico off one and began to tell him how to make it as if I’m ordering in the store. This experience was just awful I will not be coming back.

I have never in my life seen a fast food restaurant so clean that you could lean on the counters and tables without getting sticky residue all over your hands and arms. Shout out to the staff that takes great care of their workplace.

Ok This place has problems! The last couple of times I have ordered delivery and Pickup my order was WRONG every single time on top of the fact that the orders are $80 to $100 EVERY TIME is ridiculous! I tried it one LAST time tonight and WONT be back! Do not waste your money eating here. The food sucks for the price and the workers are clearly incompetent children. Moes has gone down hill tremendously, so sad.

Terrible service at this location. One employee smelled so much of weed, it was hard to smell the food. They had NO napkins at all and were unapologetic about this failure. Many of the items such as cups for salsa were empty and not being maintained. Worst Moe's I've visited yet. No "Welcome to Moes" for anyone that came in during visit. There is a management problem here.

Warning, do not order catering!! They pulled a bait and switch on us. The steak in our fajita bar was not at all Moe's steak, but was instead disgusting mushy cubes of fake "beef", almost like is Subway made "steak". Anyone who eats at Moe's knows what Moe's steak is like. How insulting that Moe's thinks their customers are so stupid not to notice. What an absolute rip off, we loved Moe's but we are done.

I think I have reached my limit with trying to give grace to Moe’s. It is just not good anymore. I tried one more time today and I do believe that the “steak” was made of an old baseball glove, or similar. The ingredients just don’t seem very fresh . I decided to go in and that did make my order accurate, (which never happens if you do it on your app) and pick it up. Our family used to love Moe’s and eat at the Carrollton store every week. I have never thought the Villa Rica store was very good at all, but I made one last attempt today… and I do mean it was the last one. RIP Moes
