We had a great experience at this location! The food was great, and our server made a fantastic Old Fashioned. I didn’t get his name, but he gave us (and everyone in our section) great customer service on a busy Sunday.

It’s seem like my review was deleted so I will be writing another one. If you are looking for a job and have a disability, pregnant or both please do not waste your time with this location. I had an interview first with Jamal which once the most professional or regular interview I’m used to. I let him know that I had a previous hip fracture and that I currently have hip arthritis. He explain that it would be a problem to I felt okay about that. After the interview he made it seem like I had the job but I needed to speak with the other server manager. He said he would reach out two days later which was a Wednesday and he never called so I reached out and ask him was there any updates he told me he schedule me for Friday without making sure the time or date works with me. I proceeded to go to the interview that Friday with the manager destiny and who was inconsistent and a bit condescending. I let her know I had plenty of experience as a server and she didn’t even know it was my second interview which really didn’t make since to me because that should be communication before hand. She basically asked the same question Jamal did. I let her know about my disability and that I just found out I was pregnant. Her face expression changed dramatically that me being pregnant would be a hindrance which I didn’t understand because there I plenty of pregnant people that work all the way up until there due date. She made it seem like they would just “keep my application on file for a year” like I would even cons as going back after the discrimination. I wish I could have recorded the second interview because I would have sue the company for her behavior, judgment and discrimination. She even made it seem like before I told her I was pregnant that I would work but would be getting that much house just for her to turn around and not even give me the job. I would recommend working there to anybody

Food was hot, but the portions have gotten really small for the same prices. Hostess was on her personal phone texting and didn't acknowledge us, and also talked on her phone while cleaning tables around us. Waitress was very kind, but constantly forgot items and we would have to ask multiple times for the same thing. Restaurant temperature was very warm as well.

Waited 15 minutes to be seated when the restaurant was nearly empty. When we finally did get seated and ordered, it took over 30 minutes for our food to come out. It was AWFUL. Chicken pasta and Mac and cheese were both bone dry. The ‘smash burgers’ were smaller and thinner than hockey pucks. Not sure how they constituted as a burger at all. Really wish I would’ve taken pictures. Will NEVER be going back.

The waiter did not bring out plates for the rolls.The waiter didn't even asked how I wanted my steak cook. I did not get the right sides with our order. The ribs were very dry. We will not be back. The waiter only came back to the table after delivering our order to leave a check.

Understaffed and the employees there are disgruntled. Slow service. I was the only person at the bar and the bartender went missing in action. Cancelled order and went to the awesome Mexican restaurant next door. Great street tacos there!

Never got a chance to eat can't complain about that. Host at the door needs more training. My party of 8 had to leave after a 50 minute wait. Kept taking parties of 4 infront of us that came in after we did. If you don't want to serve children put a sign up. Won't be back to any of your locations.Kid-friendliness: Terrible.

Service was very slow...there were four of us and three entrees came out luke warm (shy of being cold). Almost as if they were cooked and sitting on a counter waiting for the fourth dish to finish. Asked for napkins and refills which told literally 21 minutes. Didn't understand why, maybe 6 tables were occupied. Not sure if it was a "bad" day at work or what. But next time in Villa Rica, we'll be going to yet another restaurant. Every time we visit we take my mom out for lunch/dinner...have yet to find a good restaurant.

they don't sing happy bday but hailey was a great server and it not her fault . it also took them 20 min to even get us and a drink and another 30 for our food. also the knives was dirty couldn't cut my sirloin.

Not sure what has happened to O’Charley’s. In Villa Rica. Seemed we had a new waitress. She was definitely trying that was not the problem tonight. First thing we were told no rolls! Three hours before close, really. We ordered the Top Shelf appetizer, it was good however the marinara sauce for the cheese wedges was so old we didn’t dare try it,. My husband ordered a 6 oz Top Sirloin well done. It came out medium. We sent it back on a hot plate like it was put in the microwave to finish cooking. However by the time it came out I had already finished my meal. Not the waitresses fault. When he took the first bite he realized he could not eat it. It was covered in so much Salt or seasoning. So he left it. He also had potato soup, normally it is great, tonight it was not. It was super thin and stringy. In all the years we have gone to O’Charley’s this was the first time a manager has not walked around to see how things were. This restaurant needs to look at their kitchen staff and what they are sending out. Maybe we were not the only ones this has happened to. Maybe that is why there was no wait at 6:30 on a Sunday night. Very disappointing

I paid 42.oo$ for the worst meal. Chicken Nacho appetizer the tiny bit of cheese was not melted the 4 bites yes bites of chicken were dry up and couldn't chew them. The hamburg did not have any cheese. French fries were overly salty. Whoever reads this go to Jefferson the appetizer are a lot better and the hamburgers are great if I could have given a half star I would have. The have star goes to grab hub for their great service

Food was OK. Should have been better for the price.Service was sub-par from the kitchen. Pretty sure the server was fairly new. She was trying, but with all the cutting up we could hear from the kitchen, our appetizer never came out and the salads came before the entrees.Both Ribeyes were very overcooked and super thin like from the mark down at the grocery store.

I’ve ordered curbside pickup twice in the past month, and I had the same bad experience both times. The first time, I waited about 20 minutes over the estimated pickup time. When I finally got my food, there were no rolls! I tried again today, and it took an entire hour to get my food (it was only estimated to take 20 mins). I waited at the curbside pickup area for 40 minutes! I also ordered an extra 8 rolls, and I only received 2. The food that I did get was good, but there’s no reason it should have taken so long just to get skimped on the rolls twice in a row. This restaurant seriously needs to work on order accuracy and wait time.

Ordered from here twice and went in once and ate inside before placeing this review. First delivery order wasn't right. No sauces were provided for the family meal, second delivery the food was right but again no sauce for the meal, no bread. My Appetizer was the lobster bisque it was COLD like freezer cold same as my side soup. But food was warm. ?. Went inside and ate. Rolls didn't look browned, they were still white. My food was good but my husband's ribs were literally BONE. Ugh three trys. All bad experience definitely a NO.
