From 2 years ago: Sorry guys, not liking the hut. Last several visits the food wasn't good. Cheaping out on us or what? Have bought hundreds of pizzas in the past. It's just not tasty like it used to be. Will have to start going to my 2nd fav place next time. Really sorry.

The crust tasted awful, it was thick on 1 side and extra thin on the other. So thin it was like a burned chip and too hard to bite!! WORST PIZZAS EVER!!!

Ordered on the app pizza was made incorrectly. Trying to get a live person on the phone from the store is impossible. A call service answers any calls. Pizza Huts customer service has really gotten horrible. NEVER

Purchased a chicago tavern pizza this evening... the about of toppings for a large appeared to be for a small. (See photo) As I understood the commercial, it's topping is to the edge (or not)

I place order online 25 min before i arrive… to show up and find out that they never made my pizza at all. There was a toddler behind the register crying and playing with cheese that is used for pizza. The guy working says it’s his grandchild lol I immediately got a refund and worker began cursing out loud because he heard me ask for a refund only because they hadn’t even started my pizza. This happen on 7/1/24 @12:05pm . I WILL NOT BE BACK.

The manager is very rude and very unprofessional I don’t understand how people like that become managers. Food was missing from our order and my mom called to try to get it figured out and the manager was rude and said because we didn’t have a receipt he couldn’t help. Who gives a receipt when pizza is delivered and he then hang ups on my mom.
