Ordered a big dinner box. Got the one with traditional wings. It's 8 dollars more than it was a few years ago. Picked it up in the drive-through. Checked the box and they didn't give me the marinara that comes with it. Asked for it and they gave me the tiniest cup of sauce that was barely enough for one breadstick. Got home and unpacked the box to find that they gave me boneless wings instead. That's 3 extra dollars I paid to get the wrong thing. Also half didn't have any sauce on them. Sent in a complaint to corporate and the store and corporate said they would forward it to the store. The store never even responded.

I have never experienced such horrible service and food. half of my $70 order is missing, our pizza is dry and taste like rubber. I've been unable to get ahold of anyone working at this restaurant about my order. Both times I have attempted to speak to someone regarding this issue I’ve been hung up on and when I call back i am left on hold until it times out and hangs up! What do I even do. I am furious and feel robbed. This location needs new management or be shut down 1000%

Call to try to place an order because the online system wasn't acting right the manager is terribly rude aggravated just by answering the phone never in my life have I dealt with customer service so terrible...! Just because you say have a blessed day don't excuse the fact you talk to me like you did and hung up in my face SIR! I'm in customer service I deal with people all day , you were unnecessary as the manager of the Villa Rica store ???? need new employees ASAP

This order was placed at 4:16 pm for delivery. On the app the estimated delivery time was 4:55 pm. I was like ok cool that works. Come 5:20 I call the store to make sure my order is actually out for delivery. The lady told me on her side it says it is to be delivered at 5:30 so give them 10 more minutes. I told her ok. Now here we are it is now 5:50. I call the store back and I’m put on hold while she tries to find my order. She said oh it looks like the order was brought back to the store since the driver could not find your address (I have ordered here before, dominos, and Uber eats all which have had no trouble delivering my food). I told her no one called me to notify me my order was not coming (an order that was paid for!) I told her to remake my food since it is 6pm and I ordered at 4pm and I will pick it up my self but I need to be refunded my tip and delivery fee money. She said she cannot do that but can give me a gift card to the store. And she will remake my order it will be ready for pick up in 15 min. Send my husband to get the order and apparently my food was never remade just placed in the warmer. So now we have to wait an additional 15 min on top of the previous 15 min to get my order fresh. This was horrible service! It is right now 6:40 pm and I have not received my food yet for an order placed at 4:16.It is the next day. I have called the store multiple time and they are saying they cannot refund my money. So it will be disputed with the bank

Have tried to order from this location TWICE and BOTH times, it was a horrible experience. The first time I didn't receive my whole order and was told I was given a credit that can only be used with that location but when I asked this I was given FALSE information. My 2nd attempt I called in to make sure I received my credit, for the young lady to not listen to me, make my order for pick up when I stated delivery just because they are short on drivers. Door dash drivers have been delivering for months for different locations so I definitely don't understand how they are short on drivers. All this for my money and credit to be taken because my whole order had to be canceled because SHE placed it as a pick up order. Since then they haven't answered the phone. I just want my money back from BOTH orders and I won't be contacting them again to ever do business.
Food is always good. I just wanted to say that I ordered a delivery online and once it came, it was a door dash driver. I know you are probably short staffed, Which is fine but it’s not explained at all. So I pay a delivery fee plus a tip (to Pizza Hut) and then a door dasher brought my order. So I have no idea who got what. So I basically paid almost as much for my food as I did for the tips and delivery fee, which is fine but I want people to know for the next time. I was super confused. Next time I would clear it up for customers.

All the bad reviews for this location are pretty accurate. Visited this location for the first time and everything we ordered was terrible. Thin crust pizza was so hard it was like biting into a rock. It's supposed to be crispy not hard and burnt. The chicken Alfredo was also overcooked, they really should cover the foil container with a lid to prevent it from drying out, they just throw it in a box.

The worst, Customer service, I have ever experienced with any Business of any kind. It was a delivery order that was not delivered. Had to drive to the store still could not get a refund because I was told the general manager had to do it. Tried calling the manager the next day. Made six attempts to reach him and over an hour on hold and still don’t have the refund for the undelivered order.
