It does not matter how many times i try to go here i have to wait forever.food is good but if the drive thru you will be waiting even if they only one car ahead of you.

Would give zero if possible. Went in dining room - employees hanging out outside by back door - after a few minutes, I had to walk around the bldg to get them. Tried to order - no tenders, Cole slaw and Mac n cheese. The cooked chicken in holders looked overcooked. Needless to say, we did not order anything - left. I had never been to that Popeyes and won't go again. It was very disappointing.

I had a mix up in my order. I call and Desmond said bring the order back and he will fix it. He was very nice and make my order right

Always out of everything

Bad service the cashier don’t put attention to customer

Worst eating out of all the establishments of Villa Rica, I’ve given them several tries, something is always done wrong, service is lousy. Have been given the wrong thing more than once, this place has had problems since it opened.

Ordered online but still had to wait over 10 mins for my food. This was not a busy time of the day and there were a lot of employees that I could see. When I received my food some was missing. When I pointed that out I was told it would be a few more minutes. Nobody gave me my food until I asked again.
There was no honey or jelly for the biscuits and no utensils for the red beans and rice. When I asked how I should eat it I was told “at home”.

This place absolutely sucks. Everything about it. Needs to be shut down. I’ve eaten here a few times trying to give this place a chance, never again. This last time i was here I waited in line for 15 minutes and watched workers looking out the windows laughing and giggling while I was trying to get food for my fiance and kid…..and nope, never got to order anything at all. Honked and tried talking into the speaker and it was just ignored completely. Terrible. This place SUCKS

Had people in the drive thru waiting while they were laughing and joking inside...very rude staff

Old Chicken, Mash Potatoes and Coleslaw was TRASH. The Biscuit is inedible. They might as well close down permanently!!!

I placed a mobile order and went up to the drive thru with my daughter. When we got to the speaker my daughter said we have a mobile order and the person running drive thru responded and my daughter THOUGHT she said go ahead with your order again as if she didn’t hear my daughter the first time so my daughter spoke a little louder and repeated “we have a mobile order. The lady proceeded to yell at my daughter through the speaker with an attitude. We decided to park and go inside to speak to a manager. Unfortunately, the lady in drive thru was the manager and refused to give us her name (heavy set african American with orange twists) or her bosses info. She seemed very racist and continued talking rudely to another employee about my daughter and I. Another lady who was working there was terrified to give us the actual managers info but ended up giving us her name. We will not be returning to this location. I see now why they only have 2.5 stars. Spend your money elsewhere.

Biscuit dry as always chicken was unchewable out of drinks nasty fries no sauce and my ghost pepper chicken sandwich wasnt spicydont recommend
