They were out of everything. The chicken tenders were half raw, the biscuits were cold. How is this place still open?

They are too lazy to cook wings. Third time in 2 weeks they are frozen, we dont have any or the truck has not got here yet. Gone to Zaxby's.

When Shonda is there, this is the best fast food in Villa Rica! The food is hot and fresh and tastes the best. She deserves a raise. Villa Rica could use more people like her!

When Ms. Shonda is there it is a different restaurant!!! The food and atmosphere is great. It's always fresh and they show you they are appreciative for your business. All the other restaurants in Villa Rica could take notes on how she runs it on her shifts.

Rude and horrible customer service experience. I waited thirty minutes for food that still wasn’t ready or delivered. It’s always a horrible experience at this location with rude customer service. I won’t go to this location again

I don't say this often but down come to this popeyes. I have been here a few times and it just gets worse. Today I ordered wings and tenders, on the surface everything looked right but the wings usually come in a black box because of the sauce. When I told the lady about it she was rude. It says on my receipt that I ordered sauced wings and I was given plain. She took them put sauce on them in the same container and handed it back with the rudest attitude. I get customer service is annoying but you don't have to be rude and a jerk to people. The lady was a large woman in all black.

Worst eating out of all the establishments of Villa Rica, I’ve given them several tries, something is always done wrong, service is lousy. Have been given the wrong thing more than once, this place has had problems since it opened.

Ordered online but still had to wait over 10 mins for my food. This was not a busy time of the day and there were a lot of employees that I could see. When I received my food some was missing. When I pointed that out I was told it would be a few more minutes. Nobody gave me my food until I asked again.
There was no honey or jelly for the biscuits and no utensils for the red beans and rice. When I asked how I should eat it I was told “at home”.

Old Chicken, Mash Potatoes and Coleslaw was TRASH. The Biscuit is inedible. They might as well close down permanently!!!

I placed a mobile order and went up to the drive thru with my daughter. When we got to the speaker my daughter said we have a mobile order and the person running drive thru responded and my daughter THOUGHT she said go ahead with your order again as if she didn’t hear my daughter the first time so my daughter spoke a little louder and repeated “we have a mobile order. The lady proceeded to yell at my daughter through the speaker with an attitude. We decided to park and go inside to speak to a manager. Unfortunately, the lady in drive thru was the manager and refused to give us her name (heavy set african American with orange twists) or her bosses info. She seemed very racist and continued talking rudely to another employee about my daughter and I. Another lady who was working there was terrified to give us the actual managers info but ended up giving us her name. We will not be returning to this location. I see now why they only have 2.5 stars. Spend your money elsewhere.
