Worst eating out of all the establishments of Villa Rica, I’ve given them several tries, something is always done wrong, service is lousy. Have been given the wrong thing more than once, this place has had problems since it opened.

Ordered online but still had to wait over 10 mins for my food. This was not a busy time of the day and there were a lot of employees that I could see. When I received my food some was missing. When I pointed that out I was told it would be a few more minutes. Nobody gave me my food until I asked again.
There was no honey or jelly for the biscuits and no utensils for the red beans and rice. When I asked how I should eat it I was told “at home”.

Old Chicken, Mash Potatoes and Coleslaw was TRASH. The Biscuit is inedible. They might as well close down permanently!!!

I placed a mobile order and went up to the drive thru with my daughter. When we got to the speaker my daughter said we have a mobile order and the person running drive thru responded and my daughter THOUGHT she said go ahead with your order again as if she didn’t hear my daughter the first time so my daughter spoke a little louder and repeated “we have a mobile order. The lady proceeded to yell at my daughter through the speaker with an attitude. We decided to park and go inside to speak to a manager. Unfortunately, the lady in drive thru was the manager and refused to give us her name (heavy set african American with orange twists) or her bosses info. She seemed very racist and continued talking rudely to another employee about my daughter and I. Another lady who was working there was terrified to give us the actual managers info but ended up giving us her name. We will not be returning to this location. I see now why they only have 2.5 stars. Spend your money elsewhere.

This place absolutely sucks. Everything about it. Needs to be shut down. I’ve eaten here a few times trying to give this place a chance, never again. This last time i was here I waited in line for 15 minutes and watched workers looking out the windows laughing and giggling while I was trying to get food for my fiance and kid…..and nope, never got to order anything at all. Honked and tried talking into the speaker and it was just ignored completely. Terrible. This place SUCKS

Ridiculously slow.
The service was horrible and the drive through was way behind. Waited 30 minutes for food if not longer. Another customer went in and complained and eventually just left !!!!!!

I had an outstanding experience tonight, thanks to the incredible team led by Managers Elijah Love, Shannie Wilkins, and Desmond Anderson. I initially dreaded the visit, expecting a long wait. But as soon as I arrived, I was blown away by how fast and efficient the drive-thru was. Not only was the service quick, but every staff member was also genuinely friendly and welcoming.
I was so impressed that I asked the manager what had changed, as I had never experienced this level of service here before. The energy, efficiency, and positivity from the team were remarkable. It was clear that something exceptional had happened under new management. I even asked for their names because I wanted to personally recognize them for going above and beyond. Huge shout-out to Elijah, Shannie, and Desmond—this team turned what could’ve been an ordinary stop into a truly memorable experience!
For anyone who, like me, may have had less-than-great experiences here in the past, I’d encourage you to revisit and give them a second chance. I want to make it clear that I don’t personally know anyone working at this location or anyone with Popeyes—I’m just genuinely impressed by the positive changes I saw tonight!
Parking: There was convenient handicap parking close to the entrance and plenty of parking spaces available, even during busy times. It made the whole experience hassle-free from the moment I arrived.
