i dont see how this horrible place is still open. every time we go there we are disappointed. you should be closed down. horrible customer service. i will be getting in contact with corporate i promise you.

I ordered some food and it took them about 30 minutes to get it ready.Then when they finally gave it to me, I took a bite out of one of the pieces of chicken and it was undercooked.I went up to cashier and asked for a refund and it took them twenty minutes to give me a refund This place is gonna end up killing someone because they served undercook food

Pulled up to the drive through with four cars ahead of us. Got to the order voice box thing and the girl asks what we would like, I tell her one order and she says “give me a minute” in a disrespectful tone. 30 min waiting in the drive through. We pulled off and went to Chick Fil A.

If I could give this Place -0 Stars. I would, I have been waiting in Line for 20 Minutes and as I finally got up to the Speaker. The Lady has told me to Wait with a Broken Microphone and I told her that I can Barely understand you and I also told her, what I wanted and she decided to not respond back.

The food isn’t the issue for this Popeyes. The issue is sitting in line for 30 minutes without getting to the order screen. Also, the door to go inside the restaurant was locked. It’s not even 6 pm yet. ? I ordered on the app, so now I have to wait in line. ? They need to figure out a better system since this is a fast food restaurant. If they are short staffed, I would prefer they just close the restaurant instead of inconveniencing people by having them wait for an extremely long time just to get some chicken. Maybe it’s time to change management because the wait is always long. If you think you’re going to quickly stop here to get a bite to eat, don’t do it! Do yourself a favor and go to Bo Jangles, Zaxby's, or Chick-fil-A.Update: I never got my food after waiting in line for 40 minutes. They didn’t have wings. ? I don’t know who owns this Popeyes, but it’s really bad there and my husband and I would rather drive to Popeyes in Douglasville than go to this one. 100% DONE

Arrived at 6:19 p.m., was three cars behind the order kiosk in the drive thru. Made it to the kiosk at 6:40 p.m. placed my order, got to the drive thru window at 6:47 p.m. received my food and pulled away from the window at 6:52 p.m. While sitting in line to order, my wife looked up the reviews for this store and needless to say we should have ran. Since we were already in line we figured what the hay and waited it out. It was almost comical to say the least, numerous cars parked and tried to go inside the restaurant but the doors were locked. If you read this before stopping, keep going.

Tried to get food for dinner and cars lined up around the establishment. I then tried to go in and make an order, but they had them locked, and a lot of customers were just leaving. I have had previous bad service here, like not getting an order right and overcooked chicken and shorted on some of my orders. I have given them enough of my money and like the old saying goes 3 strikes and your out. I really give this establishment 2 BIG THUMBS DOWN!!!!!!
