-1000 stars. Worst experience in my 31 years on this planet. Only two of the drive thru menu boards were functional and we spent 30 minutes at each and were completely ignored. I watched at least 20 cars pull in and out and then try the drive through. In the hour+ we waited for service 3 cars moved through the drive thru and everyone raced off VERY ANGRY. We placed an order online and had to wait another 30+ minutes in the drive thru for our food. The food was DISGUSTING. The owner and every single employee should be beyond embarrassed. Do NOT waste your time.

Worse than ever. Everything is broken ice machine, ice cream machine, drive threw speakers, and employees. Always drive threw only so no more parking. Apparently 4 combos is a huge order and you must pull up and wait 45 min and to top it all off are huge order got shoved into the smallest bag they have with everything upside down. Great work Sonic

My first time at Sonic Burgers. Tasty double-burger with tots on the side but most options, although tasty spell trouble if you're trying to grab a snack, even with minimum health consideration. Anyway, must be a hit for the teen crowd or those 30 or less. Quick service but now that I've tried them I know what the expect.

All of the parking spot menu boards were not operational, the drive thru menu was not working either, so you had to go to the drive thru window, place your order and wait there to get the food. Half the purpose of Sonic IS THE DRIVE-IN!! I left, no coney dog, no chili cheese tots, no sonic blast, sad times...

The slushy machine is always down. For months now I've been driving extra 15 miles to go to the Douglasville sonic. Now Douglasville is shut down. I can't call villa rica sonic to ask them if the slushy machine is working so I don't have to waste the trip. For the 20th time I go. And slushy machine is out of order.

I've visited and enjoyed Sonics all over the south, so today my husband and I decided to visit the Villa Rica Sonic after church. That unfortunately was a big mistake.
We pulled into a space, decided what we wanted and pressed the order button. What came out of the speaker was totally garbled and undecipherable. We tried to tell them we couldn't understand but no one seemed to care. So we pushed the order button again, but the result was the same.
Not wanting to give up, we decided to try the drive through. When we got there the long message was again completely garbled. We got the impression that they were listing all the items they were out of (and it was a lengthy list), but that's just a guess. So we finally just gave up
I've heard it said that you only get one chance to make a good first impression and I'm sorry to say the Villa Rica Sonic blew there's. We won't be back.
Have been here 2 different times. They obviously don’t want to serve people because both times waited for more than 5 minutes with no response. We left and if I will not be back. Can’t rate the food as I’ve not had it yet, but if it is any where near the service I’m pretty sure it’s deplorable.

Burger was cold and obviously pre cooked some time earlier, tater tots were super greasy. Young man was personable and kind but the food... lawd!! I just threw it away. Wasted $10 bucks.

The last 4-5 times I got lime aids there was no limes and also lacking flavor. It basically taste like a Sprite.really no complaints with the food and super slow.

Placed our order online 1 hour prior to picking up. When we arrived we could only use the drive thru. There were NO slushies, no ice cream for shakes. Rude service. Bathroom had no toilet paper, no paper towels, and mess on the toilet.
