I called about an order that was incorrect and the lady that bagged my delivery order was on the phone with an attitude since she picked up the phone! All I wanted was my order restored correctly because DoorDash didn’t give me the option to have off what was on my order but it was still wrong regardless and she continued to argue the point. I’m assuming she thought she hung up because she put the phone down and I had me my family listen to her go off around the store at the top of her lungs those people with that kind of hostility shouldn’t be in fast food. I’m assuming she was off around 9 because that was the time and she said “I’m outta here” she refused to give me her name when I asked for it

I personally love my sonic the food is always great and i love thier drinks route 44 and all the friut drinks i love the nerd drink alot. I love thier burgers and everything really. Good service

Pulled in up to the speaker to order. Before even greeting us they just shouted over the intercom it would be a 40 minute wait. We then asked is they was even for ice cream. They replied with yes…. 40 minutes for an ice cream … ridiculous.

Waited at the drive through loudspeaker for over 30 minutes and nobody ever greeted us. Kids were looking forward to a slushie. But Jamocha shakes and Arby’s was right around the corner. This place should be closed. They removed all the order kiosks on one side and they only have 5 pull in order spots. One spot was out of order. Second time I’ve left this place in 2 months. Horrible. Absolutely the worst.
