My first time at Sonic Burgers. Tasty double-burger with tots on the side but most options, although tasty spell trouble if you're trying to grab a snack, even with minimum health consideration. Anyway, must be a hit for the teen crowd or those 30 or less. Quick service but now that I've tried them I know what the expect.
The shakes were great. However, we sat in a bar for 8 minutes without help. Then, I moved into the drive thru. They informed us that the blast makers were down, so we could only get shakes. Overpriced, takes to long but sure tasted great!
Leaving my review AFTER I gave the Manager on duty an opportunity to fix issue. She handled the issue perfectly and resolved it. Kudos to her, wish I knew her name to give credit. My carhop really was clueless when confronted with issue, that’s when I asked for a manager. I ALWAYS give everyone an opportunity to fix issues before I run to Google to cry about them. You should, too.
