The donuts are amazing! The maple bacon (not pictured) was the best I've had. The bacon was perfectly crisp, not burnt or soggy.

I bought the Oreo doughnut. It is so good. I did not eat all of it but the next day I’ve finished the rest of it and it was just as good as the day before.

I have to commend Sprinkles for the customer service I received that far exceeded anything I have ever encountered. I won't go into details but I placed an order for a dozen pink iced donuts for my grandaughter for her birthday and to no fault of their own Sprinkles had a circumstance arise where they needed to close the store and could not make my donuts fresh. I received a text late in the evening letting me know and how they were going to make it right for me since it was too late to get what I ordered from anyone else. I will say that the donuts they were able to offer were not made on the day I needed them but a day old Sprinkle donut is better than any Dunkin same day donut. I truly recommend you support this local business because they do everything in their power to make things right with their customers.

Ok so I usually don't write reviews but I felt the need to make an exception on this one usually I come to this place and get doughnuts but today was my last visit as soon as I walked in right when I was about to order what I usually get I just so happened to see a cockroach crawling on the doughnuts I literally had to point it out to the girl that was serving me it made my stomach turn and I just walked out I've heard that they have dealt with bugs in the past but not this bad I will not be returning ever

I love sprinkles. They have the best treats and after all the years I’ve been here, today I discovered they have green tea! It was so light and refreshing. I’m not sure what blend they used but I have never had a cup of green tea that was so good. Very earthy and floral taste with the perfect amount of honey. This was honestly the pick me up I needed. I’ve been coming to sprinkles for a long time and they’ve been consistently pleasant. Thank job sprinkles!

Their customer service was horrible. The variety of donuts was limited. The person that made my cappuccino did a good job but the older woman that made my sisters was rude and confused. Her coffee tasted straight like milk no flavor. Not to mention her attitude.
