Sprinkles Donuts & Coffee Company Villa Rica

I love sprinkles. They have the best treats and after all the years I’ve been here, today I discovered they have green tea! It was so light and refreshing. I’m not sure what blend they used but I have never had a cup of green tea that was so good. Very earthy and floral taste with the perfect amount of honey. This was honestly the pick me up I needed. I’ve been coming to sprinkles for a long time and they’ve been consistently pleasant. Thank job sprinkles!

Their customer service was horrible. The variety of donuts was limited. The person that made my cappuccino did a good job but the older woman that made my sisters was rude and confused. Her coffee tasted straight like milk no flavor. Not to mention her attitude.

Horrible experience. I ordered 2 dozen mermaid theme donuts for my daughter's 4th birthday. My husband drives to Villa Rica to pick them up the morning of and they tell him "there was an error in ordering" and they hadn't made the donuts at all. He was told 4 different bakers check the orders and somehow all 4 of those people misread the date that the order was supposed to be made. It should have been a sign when I called to make my order the girl was confused and obviously overwhelmed with everything going on in their store. I won't ever do business again. Thank you!

My company had a very last minute, large order and Sprinkles went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! I can’t thank the two women who were working enough. They were short handed and were working their behinds off. Just want to say this is a bang up establishment!!

In the words of the great E-40, "sprinkle me baby". These donuts are beyond amazing. I'm usually a simple, plain, glazed donut type guy; however, sprinkles changed that. Their maple bacon donut is so delicious. Frosting isn't too sweet and the bacon wasn't greasy. Customer service is also great, which is always a plus. Never been to a place where I wanted to try everything on display. If a regular size donut won't satisfy your needs, they got a donut bigger than your head.

Swung by here on the way home to TN. We enjoyed some Delicious fancy donuts. Fruity pebbles, German chocolate cake, Oreo & cream, Reese's. Grabbed an ice coffee that also was perfect. Sugar free options included vanilla and hazelnut. We will make this a must stop every time we come thru.

Visited today around noon. I was surprised at the selection they had there. Everything was made fresh and the donuts I tried were fantastic! I tried the red velvet with chocolate frosting, red velvet with creme and the snicker doodle. All were delicious. They had milk on site and it was perfect with them. We also had a chance to try their iced coffee. Very smooth and no bitter after taste. I will visit this place many more times in the future!

I have returned and I was not disappointed. Still the same great experience and great service, even after a long gap between visits.
