Routinely one of the worst run Starbucks I’ve encountered. It’s not uncommon for them to be out of basic ingredients or products that cause menu items to be unavailable and they seemingly close randomly during regular store hours when they would be busy if they were open.

I visited this location June 27th. The cashier was nice. My only complaint is that every time I ask for no ice I get ice. Even when it’s on the ticket that it’s supposed to be no ice they still put ice in my drink. It seems like every time I go to Starbucks now they always put ice in my drinks when I ask for no ice multiple times. I clearly said no ice and I received the drink with ice. Whenever they do take the ice out they barely fill the cup. I’m not going to keep paying $6-7 for a drink if this is the result every time. I’ll just start making my own iced coffee at home. (below is the picture of the coffee. the cup was tilted some when I took the photo lol that’s why it looks weird).

It's a really nice experience. Only problem is the wall plugs to charge a device if drinking coffee and doing work.

I always receive the warmest welcome when I visit this store! Katie is amazing, along with every single one of the baristas! I love my VR Starbucks crew!! Thank you all for being amazing!!

It's a typical Starbucks, but they have extended their hours on 6/3/24. They are now open until 9pm every day.

Our drinks were wonderful and the wait was quite short. No complaints whatsoever. All the employees were pleasant. Thank you.

Friendly staff and drink and food was delicious. Ordered a vanilla bean Frappuccino wiyh pineapple refresher inclusions.

It took quite some time to get my beverage that was ordered via the app. The young lady finally asked my name was nice. And she made my spicy strawberry drink good.

The floor was sticky like someone spilled a drink all over it and left it to dry.

When you spend $10 on a drink and it tastes like water it is really sad. I have purposely tried avoiding Starbucks for this reason and tried this morning and it will be my last. Actually my drink was over ten dollars and got two extra shots of espresso and my drink tastes like water. It sucks bc I work hard for my money and just want what I pay for.

Very busy store. The workers are curt. They also shove the card swiper in your face to choose a tip option in the drive thru…YOU DID NOT WAIT ON ME. I don’t get this. All you did was hand me a drink and prepare it. There is no reasonable expectation of a tip and what they are doing is trying to prey upon customers shame of NOT giving when it’s in their face. You have to essentially look the worker in the eye and press 0 tip. It feels like begging and homelessness and doesn’t belong at Starbucks. I’m paying 7$ for a damn cup of coffee. No reason that they should be doing this.

Thai Starbucks is ALWAYS out of something. One of the only Starbucks I have been to that is always out of something. They also need to teach their employees how to talk to customers.
