My husband and I have been regulars at Stix for almost ten years. A few weeks back, we had a bad experience involving a tab that was supposedly unpaid—even though the server at the front told my husband twice that he was “good to go.” Instead of handling it in person, another server messaged him on Facebook, which came off as rude and unprofessional. We tried to clear things up, but the situation just kept getting dragged out and handled poorly.
That said, I have to give credit where it’s due. Over the past two weeks, since we started coming back for league, the service has completely turned around. The new staff are solid, things feel more organized, and the overall vibe has been way better.
Whatever changes they made, they worked. It finally feels like a place we can enjoy again. Will continue to update the review fairly based on service received.

I WOULD recommend if you are just looking to shoot pool and have a drink, but we went in on a Friday night and sat down at a table near the bar, sat there about 15 minutes and were never even acknowledged. Won't be back.

Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Except for the wings, the food is pretty good.
Sat at the bar, wanted a beer and food. Barmaid poured my beer and went back to her friends at the end of the bar and ghosted me. Paid for my beer and left. This was my first time here, heard about their wings but I guess I'll never find out.

2 hrs and never got our food we had to cancel the order. Then they don't take any responsibility for it. Then has the audacity to charge us for the lone diet coke we got over 2hrs.

The waitress was beyond rude to me! I ordered take out wings. She sat down on her phone for 15 mins. Then told the cook to put in my order. I waited 35 mins just to get my food and there wasn’t even any seasoning on the fries!
