Drove straight up to the drive through speaker and waited for more than a minute before being acknowledged. Had to repeat my order several times even though I speak clearly in a baritone voice.
Meanwhile the smell of marijuana floated across the parking lot as the only two people within sight (wearing Taco Bell uniforms) entered the service door.
The young man at the drive through window was polite enough, but he was poorly dressed in a hoodie (near 80 degree weather) and his boxers were showing because his jeans were 'sagging'. I wouldn't expect a suit and tie at a fast food place, but I'd certainly expect some amount of professionalism.
The order I picked up was for two elderly ladies. I asked them later how it was, and they said it was 'ok'.

Seemed to be out of quite a few things. No small cups, mayonnaise etc. no unsweetened tea and the sweet tea was super sweet. Could use a little more attention to the lobby.

This Taco Bell is horrible and not good I’m sorry I don’t know if they just don’t care about the food or what because it don’t make sense I would rather go to the Taco Bell by mirror lake !!!

I would give zero stars if I could. My husband just arrived home with what was supposed to be our dinner. My meal was in the bag but his is missing. We tried to call but no one answered. He said employees were horseplaying and not paying enough attention to doing their job!! Ridiculous!!!! We're both pissed!!!

Never in my life have I had to wait over an hour for 2 soft tacos and a chicken cantina bowl …. Just do them to finally come out and bring them out to the car (where they’ve had us move to a parking spot) just for it to be ice cold… ridiculous

Had ordered a lot of food. They put everything in a small bag. The bag ripped as soon as I picked it up. Everything fell out of the bag . Food tasted old 🤤

JUST GO TO CHIC FIL A—Went to the drive through, waited 15 minutes, no acknowledgment I shouldn’t have waited but i did. but then i pulled around to the window, i didn’t see anyone. I waited for the next car to drive around to the window. As soon as they pulled up, they answered the the speaker”Welcome can I take your order”. So i pulled back around. This car pulled up, i got to the speaker and waited AGAIN this time 20 minutes. no acknowledgment-other cars behind me drove off. I waited. and waited-I got pissed off, pulled up and backed up again to the speaker-nothing. I pulled around the store-another car was pulling in. They got in line and immediately their order was taken. I got behind them-it was my turn-i waited and waited AGAIN JUST TO SEE AND AGAIN MY ORDER WAS NEVER TAKEN AND NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT AT ALL. I pulled off and just watched as every car came in, about three other cars-they took their orders but not mine! It’s like they singled my car out and refused to take my order from the jump. It was approximately 10:15p and i tried for about an hour. Good thing I wasn’t in a hurry. I ended up going to McDonalds. ILL NEVER GO BACK THERE IN THE LATE EVENING HOURS AGAIN!
If chic-fil-a is open JUST GO THERE! WHY THIS WAS HAPPENING ILL NEVER KNOW!

get new employees ASAP!! this place should be shut down by now due to the lack of human decency this place has. Do your employees honestly not realize that the food they serve gets eaten? it’s really not that hard to cook the food properly, give out the RIGHT sizes that someone paid for, and not just being overall lazy?! coming from someone who works in fast food y’all need to do better. at this point yall need to just fire the whole night crew because they can’t seem to get a damn thing right, every time i get something from here it’s either cold, they cancel my order, or the size isn’t correct.
