We absolutely love this place! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious every single time we come in. You can really tell everything is made with care.The staff is so kind and welcoming, and the whole experience feels relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish. It’s become one of our go-to spots, and we’re always looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

Aidan is flat out rude and unprofessional. Love the food but he ruins my experience every time he serves me. He rushes you while the food is in your mouth and is already asking about how the check is going to be and handing over the check while the fork is literally in your hand. Then proceeds to steal by 64 cent and try to broadcast it when I confronted him that it was missing and he didn’t even give my receipt back. Which leaves me to believe Aidan is a thief or just slow atp but yea go here and avoid him at all cost seriously!

My husband and I tried this place about a year ago and it easily became top of our list (places to eat) we usually get takeout out. We’ve dined in once and it was a decent place. It was a busier night so the service wasn’t the greatest but it didn’t affect our time nor food. Overall the food is always fresh and flavorful. Our go to is the Thai fried rice combination heat level 3 or 4. We’ve tried different soups and ramen both were delicious! Crab Rangoons and tempura shrimp are staples as well. We didn’t care too much for the calamari. Check them out if you’re near the area. Pictures are from our most recent order.

I work in Villa Rica and was looking for a Thai resturant. Thai Basil is the place for Villa Rica. The service I receive has been very friendly and professional. Margaret and another young man always make sure my order is right!

There are very rude staff work here. They ask for extra for every thing they screwed up. The server suggested something and did not tell it is extra spicy. They don’t replaced but asked extra money. Ever coming back- quality of the food not great.

. For years we have gone to Thai basil and I will never recommend them again.

We’ve been a customer for a few years and tonight my family spent well over $100 on dinner, a take out order.

2 of the dishes were not editable. Burnt and it made the whole meal smell awful. I called and spoke to the hostess because the manager would not even get on the phone to speak to me and was told we had to bring both dishes back in for a refund. It’s about 15 minute drive for us and going back tonight is not possible.

Their food tastes good. I have tried their pho, chicken pad Thai and their Thai fried rice. I asked for a 2 on their spiciness level 0-5 and I still thought it was spicy so have caution.

I ordered the pho beef, pad Thai with chicken, and the crispy spring rolls for takeout. 10 out of 10 for all three! Loved that crunch as soon as you bite into the spring roll. The pho broth on point and so flavorful, pad Thai also has so much flavor and tastes great with the peanuts. 10 out of 10!
