I really really wanted to love my dinner. We gave the restaurant one last try with the new menu. We ordered out and picked it up. We had several items missing. The Caesar salad had old wilted lettuce and covered in dressing. The grilled cheese appetizer was basically 1 piece of Kraft American cheese between two pieces of bread, barely toasted. The cheeseburgers were very cold and my smash burger only had cheese and a sliver of bacon. No lettuce, no tomato, nothing else. The house burger only had cheese and fried onion in it. With so few options to eat out in Villa Rica I guess they don’t care. So so disappointed, we really need better from these places. It’s not that hard. Take some pride in your craft!!!!

We had high hopes for Uncorked in Villa Rica, but it didn't meet expectations. The menu looked promising, but the steak we ordered was a letdown. It was supposed to be a 7oz fillet, but it turned out to be some random cut and came out practically raw. Even after they tried to cook it again, it still wasn't right. And the Mac and cheese? It tasted like a super salty version of Kraft. While the teen staff were friendly, they didn't seem very knowledgeable about the menu. Despite its cute downtown location, we won't be returning after this experience. I have not been this disappointed by a restaurant in awhile.

Y'all are sleeping on this place. The mushrooms? Amazing. The Waffles? A religious experience.Don't be square. Be Here.

The staff were friendly. The food was really good. The place has a cozy feel. I loved the cornbread and the pimento cheese.

We had our rehearsal dinner for 28 people here! Our experience was just awesome.Autumn was stellar at coordinating with us and allowing us to preorder from a selection of 4 menu items. The ribeye steak was out of this world. Tender and buttery and just a total crowd pleaser. This group loves their steaks. Our server that helped Autumn (I believe her name was Madelyn) was super patient and attentive. Very cool privately owned upscale option.

A nice restaurant and event space in a downtown area surrounded by antique stores and the railroad. The service was great and the atmosphere was charming. The walls are decorated with local art. The NY Strip was cooked perfectly and paired with good vegetables with plenty of butter.

What a shame. Love the ambience and Dakota, our server. But, the food and drinks were unacceptable. The bad reviews weren't lying. I was the lucky one out of my party because I ordered the beet and blue cheese salad with salmon. The salad tasted better than the salmon. Others in my party ordered the chicken pasta dish, the steak pasta dish, hot honey chicken, and chicken and waffles. The pasta dishes were dry and meat over cooked. The sauce on the hot honey chicken was bland, gritty, and a hint of sweetness. Not hot at all. The Cosmo and Lemon martini were watery and bland. What a waste of a birthday celebration. Don't waste your money, you will be disappointed. I guess that's why the restaurant was so empty on a Friday.I hope the manager or owner can turn it around. I really wanted to like the food.

All of the food was very good. Some of the better pasta dishes I’ve ever had.Cornbread and charcuterie board appetizers were also great. Beer and wine options were good.Service was good, but a bit slow at times. Not an issue since we weren’t in a hurry. I do expect at any restaurant for a manager or owner to stop by at least once and this never happened. Also strange no one from the restaurant is responding to negative reviews.Live music on 6/23 was a great ambience for this setting. Interior decorations were a bit sparse though. A wine place called uncorked and all of the wine racks are empty? Weird.

Only giving 4 stars because they are pretty expensive for what you're getting, but the food and service were great and the atmosphere was nice. The menu is limited too.

Terrible. From beginning to end. Only positive was a nice young man that was our server. Out of wine. Hmm. Uncorked is your name. Food bad. Nobody in restaurant on a Saturday night at 7pm. Manager should have come to our table to apologize. Never saw them. Vodka soda was lemonade. What’s going on?! So sad!!!

Stopped here Saturday because it was part of the Georgia wine passport. This was our last stop on the passport and we are so glad it was. We sat at the bar where Dakota welcomed us and brought us a flight of wine, explaining each one. He was extremely busy, but was able to give us some quality attention. The food was great as well. The inside is a nice restaurant, and we had some live music to entertain us. The music was perfect volume, not too loud and not too soft. Over all Dakota made the evening for us, best bartender I have had in a long time.
