they got rid of ghost pepper ranch
stopped by the one on new guilbeau rd. zero customer service. no please no thank nothing. they look like they hate there job can't even smile. now I understand why the hardly hv any cars.
You have nasty filthy people on drugs that don’t bathe and it’s obvious…. Makes you sick by the time you see them even touching my wrapper!!!’ Get rid of the junkies!!!!! Especially that Zach!!!!
sitting here in wendys east 12th street erie pa waiting 20 mins in line to get my order taken. short staffed to much chaos with drive through door dash orders to care about the customers in the store.
They messed up our whole order and was very disrespectful and rude and they aren’t sanitary and they don’t care about people’s allergies
Nothing like being in the drive thru with my grandkids in the back and watching an employee fight someone in the parking lot. Then 3 other employees trying to figure out what's going on while vaping. Very high class. See video in comments! And yes I called the police there was a lot more that wasn’t caught on tape!
Once again our order is wrong and the food is terrible!! All my husband wanted was a plain cheeseburger (meat & cheese only) I get home and it has lettuce and mayo!!!!! This happens every single time! The nuggets are way over cooked and the fries are about as stale as they can be. I don't know why we keep going here, but trust me we are never going back to this location (Towne Lake Pkwy, Woodstock) sucks. get it together Wendy's TLP!!
yall need to do something about your fish sandwich. it's horrible
rudest staff and can’t even make a baked potato or fries correctly. this place needs to be looked into by higher management. as someone who works in fast food industry, i can say this is really pathetic and the way they treat customers is going to put this store out of business.

Just used their new AI drive through and it was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had at a drive through.

This location generally does a good job, though there's been a few times I've been there that they seemed a little disorganized, but nothing as bad as some places around here. They have a new A.I. ordering system at the drive thru that's a little unusual, but seems to actually work pretty well, at least for me. Maybe if you mumble or have a thick accent it might be an issue. Overall a decent Wendy's location.

Went through the drive thru and ordered two krabby patty meals. They told us to pull forward. We waited FOREVER for our food, and once we got it, it turned out to be two spicy chicken sandwiches. Unbelievable!

I went to this location on Sept 5 for lunch. I got my receipt after paying, time stamped at 6:17pm. I turned to grab a seat and wait in my order. Before I could sit down, my food was ready. I looked at my phone and the time was 6:18pm. I stated that the food either was already prepared or the food was under cooked. As I started to leave the counter with the order and head to my car, I turned around to return the order for a refund because I wasn’t gonna be able to digest the food with the thoughts I was having in my head, due to timely preparation.
I asked politely for a refund when out of nowhere the African American drive thru employee started arguing with me for returning. His actions caused for another employee to ask him to stop and get back to work. Then a second Caucasian male from the grill came from the back with threaten words and he also had to be restrained. I was finally able to obtain my refund and left this location and called Villa rica police dept because of threats made by employees.
I have no idea what was told to the officer, but by his actions, I can tell he was racist and did not review the video footage. In return, he came out and issues me a criminal trespassing charge and threatening to arrest me if I didn’t provide identification.
I’m including photos of the drive thru employee, grill employee, manger taking with racist officer and a copy of the citation. I have video is the incident and these photos were screenshots off the video.
Also calling the Wendy’s hot line number is only going to them, the franchise owner will not return your call. I will post the video next week of the incident and the interview with a supervisor from the Villa Rica police department that had to be called to control the racist treatment from the officer on the scene
